Pacific Sands Beach Resort

Stunning location, we stayed in a beachfront suite with stunning ocean front views! Pure bliss waking up every morning to the ocean. Beautiful beach to walk along and enjoy. The cafe shop onsite was our favorite morning ritual, along with walking the beach, evening rides and a sauna night ! It is a magical place and we can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful situation so close to the beach. Not cheap but worth every penny. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Have been coming for almost 40 years first with my parents then my son and now my grandson has been too. Hope to squeeze in a few more visits before my time is up.

The location on Cox Bay is ideal for families who want beach access. Our family's holiday destination for 42 years. We eat in and make the most of the proximity to the surf.

We travel with our pet and found the accommodation very pet friendly. The orientation to Cox Bay is second to none. We walked the beach, enjoyed the sunset, and did a little beach combing. Loved sitting by the fire pits in the dark listening to the surf roar. Although the main restaurant was closed during our stay in early January, the proximity to Tofino made up from that. The room was perfect. We especially enjoyed the fire place, the king sizes bed and soaker tub. We took advantage of online ordering our breakfast for pickup at the Surf Shack. The grounds and suite were immaculate. We were adequately warned of a cougar sighting in the area. Check and out were incredibly easy and well supported. Loved having texting access to and from front desk staff. All in all a 10 out of 10 stay and recommendation. We are from the PNW so took advantage of rates.

We went for a weekend trip and stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment with a sitting area and kitchen. Laundry available on the facility. The resort is right on Cox Bay beach so you walk right onto the beach from the resort. Apartments are clean and well kept. Coffee shop and other facilities are available on site. Staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary yoga on the beach is really good.

Loved this property. On the beach with hammock, fire pits, grills and laundry room on site. We had room with kitchenette, they supplied utensils, you just need to bring the food and drink. Place was popular among surfers and fully booked during our stay but not noisy. They had free movies and board games to borrow for rainy days.
