i recomend the hotel, is clean, the rooms, the pool, hallways, bathroom, beds, the restaurant, everything is clean, honestly was a surprise for me, ( i was in The Hard Rock Hotel 6 months ago in a Jr. Suite, and thats expensice, smell bad, i have some compleins with that Hotel) but in Radisson Tapatio Guadalajara i have a good experience, the buffet is plenty delicious, the service is excellent, i was for 6 days and everything was excellent! definitely i came back. Also the rooms are big and very quiet, my girls an i was very satisfied.

The hotel is in a nice location, the rooms are clean and big, but especially the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, Victor in the restaurant section will help you in every way, even the orders that are not on the menu will come from the kitchen immediately. I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially Victor. Otel konum olarak güzel yerde, odalar temiz ve büyük ama özellikle otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü, Restaurant bölümünde Victor size her şekilde yardımcı olacaktır, menüde olmayan siparişleri bile hemen mutfaktan hazırlayıp gelecektir. Otel çalışanlarına özellikle Victor'a burdan çok teşekkür ederim.

Da quando arrivate, sentite la gentilezza delle persone che lavorano lì. L'ingresso/uscita è stato molto veloce, i ricevitori sono molto amichevoli e conosciuti e disposti a aiutare. Le camere sono molto pulite; si può lasciare tutti i vostri beni personali senza paura di qualcosa che mi manca o qualcosa. La colazione è uno stile di buffet, un cibo eccellente, una varietà di cibo da scegliere, i succhi naturali sono sorprendenti. Mi piacerebbe dire che questo hotel è chiuso al centro di convenzioni, che è un grande plus. Guardando in attesa di mandare persone e la prossima volta che torno a Guadalajara per rimanere di nuovo.

I was at the Velvet Hotel for a couple of nights. My family and I were driving to Puerto Vallarta, but we got into a serious accident so we had to stay in Guadalajara while my little niece had to have emergency surgery. Overall, we had a good stay and Velvet Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very attentive. However, the day we had to check out I called requesting a late check out because my niece was being discharged from the hospital (fortunately) and the whole process took longer than we had anticipated. The front desk allowed us to check out late. Unfortunately we were still 20 mins. late and got charged with a late check out fee. The fee was half of the daily rate ! We understand that every hotel has policies regarding late check outs, however given the situation I would’ve expected the hotel to be more flexible and understanding. This left my family with a very bad impression of the property and we definitely won’t be back to stay there.

L'hotel era nuovo e moderno. Il giardino del tetto era molto bello. Possiamo rilassarci lì e avere una vista panoramica della città. A passo dalla strada e a piedi abbiamo trovato alcuni ristoranti. Il pranzo era semplice ma bene: alcuni dolci pane/pasta, uova fatte per ordinare, caffè/tea, il succo era di solito un succo di frutta come arancione, e un ”jugo verde” - basicamente un ”sugo verde” di ortaggi e frutta, anche alcuni cereali e yogurt. Il menu del colazione menzionava i frutti freschi, ma alla prima mattina non c'era nessuno finché non andavamo via. Niente al secondo mattino quando abbiamo iniziato il colazione dopo le 8:00. Il caffè il secondo giorno era solo caldo, quindi dovevo chiedere una tazza nuova. Poiché abbiamo fatto la prenotazione tramite ***********, ho scritto un'analisi simile sul loro sito web.

Standard room with clear signs of lack of maintenance on doors... nothing that good regular maintenance could solve, but apparently that is not the case here. Small bathrobes and towels, I am an average person 1.65/66 kg and the bathrobe felt small for me, same the bathroom towels, more child-like, I can imagine how a taller person would feel. Regular buffet breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary, something you can find in any other average 3 star hotel. The property has an attached restaurant that is owned by them (according to what i was told) but managed by someone else. It turns out that they rent the place from Thursday to Sunday for events with live music that ends until after midnight. The place is not adequately soundproofed and the hotel, being small doesnt help, so, basically you feel like you were in the actuall party rather than in a quiet hotel room ready to rest/sleep. Enough to say that I couldn't sleep until the event was over around 1 am, this after a long and tiring day of activities. This is something that the hotel website does not warn you about. I wasnt the only one to rise a complaint because of the noise, other guest did it too without success. Staff was non friendly non empathetic with the situation (and in general), leading more to the feeling of not caring at all for their guest, only dismising the situation with an easy way out of ”we are sorry” The check out process... it was degrading!, never in any hotel (within Mexico or abroad USA-Asia-Europe) had I been treated like this. When handing over my key to check out, I was asked to remain in the front desk for a few minutes until the staff could verify that the room, in fact, did not present any damage, that the bathrobes were there and that I, actually did not consume anything from the minibar (despite the fact that I had confirmed at the time of handing over the key that I had not done so) once they received the ”ok” I was allowed to leave the facilities. It was humiliating. I have never been treated like this in any hotel. Definitely a place to which I will not return or recommend to anyone.

Portobelo es garantía de un buen hotel que lo han mantenido limpio arreglado muy buena ubicación prácticamente el metro está en la cochera si acaso algo mejoraría sería el trato en general de recepción unas excelentes otras no siempre están de buenas
