Hotel in zona Liverpool, Tlalnepantla

I stayed at Hotel Brasilia the night of October 25, 2022. I paid 1,050 pesos for a room on the fifth floor with a single bed. This converted to 53.02 USD when I paid with my debit card. This included a buffet breakfast. Positives: Close to several bus stations. The room was clean, quiet, and safe. There was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable until late morning when the sun began to heat the room. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Negatives: There is wifi, but the signal was weak and inconsistent in the room I was in. It was better in the restaurant. I would have liked to be able to open a window a little more to let in some fresh air. I understand safety concerns, but I also like good air circulation while I sleep.

Not the perfect scenario but my flight landed into Mexico City at 1.20 am. I arrived at my original hotel that was having technical issues their PMS system was down so they could not check people in or out. They recommended this hotel for being safe and nice rooms. I arrived at the hotel and the doorman/bellman was perfect. But upon trying to check in the night auditor Juan would not allow me to check-in for a reservation I just made online 5 minutes before I approached the front desk so I could check-in. He advised to come back at 3pm. There was no solution provided to offer to check me in a day early. No offer of checking in early is an additional fee. No option of lets change your reservation the third party. He was kind of rude about it. I also had to ask for my passport back once he refused check-in. Service is obviously questionable in the overnight staff. Juan did not apologize or offer to call a taxi after he refused service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone that is paying for their room. And then did not offer a refund or any compensation.

I reviewed this hotel back in February when it just opened. I have been back 2 times after that and still very good. They fixed the position of the desk and the roof top bar is opened and it is nice to relax there after a long day at work. But since that was April when I was back, they were still working on details like the signage for the amenities that are just a phone call away. I like their breakfast area and tapas bar. I still recommend it , specially if you want to avoid a large hotel.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Excelente opción las habitaciones y todos los servicios son como se ven en las imágenes. Lo mejor la cama súper cómoda. Fui con alumnos y las habitaciones nos permiten 4 personas. Buen desayuno. Tienen juegos de mesa y servicio de fast food por la tarde-noche. Solo cheque que la cortina del baño de la habitación 217 llegue al piso para evitar que se salpique el piso contiguo a la ducha.

Il cibo è bello in un ambiente rilassato, mentre ci fermiamo per colazione dopo un lungo volo e troppo presto per arrivare direttamente al nostro alloggio. Grande servizio da Alejandra, Salvador & Carlos e una omeletta DELICIOUS da Elena, che tutti parlano grande inglese e ci insegnano a dire omeletta in spagnolo (“omeletta”)

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero si solo pasas a dormir cumple. En general está limpio y tienen medidas de sanidad. Cerca solo tiene un Burger King y un circle K, lo ideal es comer antes de llegar al hotel de lo contrario los traslados más el tráfico en la autopista te generan mucho tiempo perdido
