I have opted Adarsh Residency, Tirupati seeing the good reviews in Goibibo and was totally satisfied. The location is very near to Tirupati Railway station. Basic facilities provided at affordable cost. Bus terminal to Tirumala and all the other nearby temples can be easily accessed from here. No restaurant in the hotel but many pure Veg options available in and around. I have booked a standard room. Room was small but well maintained. The only drawback was the non availability of ward robe. Hot water was available round the clock. The most importantly the service part. The Manager is a really nice person always ready to attend our queries. Other employees were equally good. In short, this hotel is a value for money option for anyone visiting Tirupathi.

The stay is very near to the railway station. The staff are helpful and rooms are clean. Had a pleasant stay

I booked a 5 bed AC room.. Ac was not working at all.. My one year old kid dint sleep for the whole night.

Rooms were not cleaned. Could find small cockroaches. TV not working.
Best things are
1) Near the Railway station,
2) Provided early checkin
3) courteous staff
4) other amenities (hotel, theatres, medical store,) are all in walkable distance

budget friendly stay, near to bus stand and railway station and it's very convenient for devotees to sarvadarshan tickets for Srivari .

As a solo traveller I review this hotel between average to good but it is very near to railway station and cleanliness is good inside the hotel.

Best part is 24/7 check in & check out. They have given extra one year on request. Have booked an AC room, rooms are hygiene and polite staff.

Accomodation at Adarsh Residency was good. It was located near Tirupati railway station, helpful for transportation. Facilities like WiFi, TV , AC make it a fantastic stay overnight.
Only feedback from our side was regarding spring bed, making the other person sleeping nearby, pron to all small movements affecting night sleep.

In addition to the world-famous Sri Venkateswara Temple (13 km), you can also visit Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple, ISKCON - Sri Sri Radha Govinda Mandir and Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple (approx. 4 km from here).
Room Amenities: As per their budget, guests can choose to stay in one of the 32 AC/non-AC rooms that are available in Standard and Deluxe categories. In-room conveniences include cable TV, telephone, wardrobe, comfortable bedding, and hot/cold water supply in attached bathrooms. Large groups can choose to stay in a room with four beds.
