Neat and clean place with good water. Great location which is easily accessible from the city as well as from the outskirts. Things that I felt needed improvement were: 1. The lift to the basement can be used only at particular times. When we come back late n have things also in hand, it is really irritating to walk up one floor and take the lift from the lobby. When the lift has been built, why not use it. 2. The key card expires at 12 in the afternoon and has to be physically activated after 12 each day. When we have the room booked for 4 days and have paid it in advance also; why should we be made to go through this. Why can't the keys be automatically activated by the reception for the whole time we stay there? 3. Coffee and tea needs to be better. They also give you coffee/tea only after 6. When we have temple visits planned early morning we would like to have something when we get up early.

Pillows were unclean and uncovered and no mat at the entrance of wash room and no towels .......when i said at reception ..they asked me u could have asked us mam....if i had to ask things whats the point of having staff on board to do the work correct ....per day its 3000 rupees that too i checked at 6pm and had to vacate by 11 am next day ......if that minimal time is charged 3000 with no facilities then whats the point in charging huge amounts and having a gud rating ...........it may look like a minute thing but at the end the small details do matter

Stayed here for three days. The location suited me well because it avoids the narrow lanes of the town. The property is neat and clean. Overall, my stay was comfortable. The staff are polite and respectful. The ***ager (I don’t know his name) was very active and is always attentive.

The stay was good, property is near all conveyance . Very good staff. Clean rooms. The property has ample parking spot. Breakfast was decent however more options can be added. They kind of new hotel and getting into a good place in ratings real soon.

Hotel is located ***** the main road yet it was quiet inside the rooms. Rooms were clean. Beds were super comfy. Great selection of cable TV channels. Breakfast spread was nice for a decent meal to kick start the day. Hospitality was remarkable. Kuddus to ***ager Nickson and staff. This is my fourth stay. Will be back again.

I have booked previously on January 2024 and paid the amount for 24 hrs slot.Now I checked in on 6.3.24 morning 3 a.m and checked out on the same day 8.30 p.m.Apart from 1 day rent of Rs.3500,they have collected extra Rs.1150 .It is a great fraud

Nice and well kept place. The facilities are good and the team is pleasent and helpful. It was equidistant to thenfriends place I was visiting and also to the temple. It has good restaurants in walking distance. Overall the stay was good and comfortable.

Good place. Clean rooms. Outskirts of the town. Breakfast spread was good. Staff and room service was good. No drawbacks. Tariff was reasonable. This hotel is preferable only for pass by since it’s located out of the town. Thankyou for hosting us.
