"I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was warm and attentive, and the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. One suggestion would be to consider offering laundry services, especially for guests staying longer — it would add great value given the price point. "Property is located in prime location, railway station is near, many temples are reachable with in 5 kms. You get Taxi,Auto for your commute easily. Food: Complementary food are below average in terms of the service and stock. Quality and taste is above average. i too took a dinner in the hotel, where i rate the quality is good on non veg option and veg options. But i too recommend hotel to improve a lot for customer experience in the restaurant. Amenities and service i feel the hotel is really good. Overall if i recommend the hotel for your stay and i too prefer this hotel for my next stay at trichy soon. Thank you"

"Their 3 adult room is basically a king size bed or 2 single bed with one extra bed. When you pu the extra bed you will have no room space for move around in the room. Adding an additional bed or going for a bigger room should be my choice rather than they show the room which can accomodate 3 adults.. Felt like cheated... Anyway it's a one night stand and will not be recommending to anyone.."

"Our 4 days 3 nights stay at your hotel was a wonderful experience — it truly felt like home. The overall setup was complete and convenient for a family stay, which we really appreciated. However, we did face a few drawbacks: • The water dipper was slightly dirty • The washroom could have been cleaner • The cabinets throughout the hotel were dusty, which made breathing a bit uncomfortable Other than that, it was a good and enjoyable stay. "Location is good. Rooms look very good. Yes there are small cockroaches in the toilet. My room was on 2nd floor, I requested change of room and a free upgrade and they gladly obliged. Service was good and house keeping service is excellent. Breakfast items are good."
