Overall good stay for family's. But we need to ask them for each and every needs like rooms, hot water, kettle, towels, food service, tv connect, parking. Etc. Actually i have booked premium room after checking with receptionist which they said premium room will good for 2+1 kid when compare with elite room. But they provide elite room when i reach there for check in. After requested only they changed room to premium. Elite room is very small size and even bed, room price also when compare with premium.

10 è il voto che voglio dare a questo hotel e a tutto il suo staff. Ho trascorso qui tre mesi per motivi di lavoro, ed in questo lungo periodo ho avuto più e più volte la conferma che si sta veramente bene. In un così lungo periodo è facile poter trovare lo staff non al meglio delle proprie performance, ma qui sono sempre tutti al 100% del loro impegno. Ho sempre trovato un servizio eccellente dal punto di vista professionale, ma soprattutto dal punto di vista umano. Tre mesi lontano da casa sono sicuramente molto impegnativi ma in un ambiente familiare, come quello creato dai ragazzi dell’hotel, è stato tutto assolutamente più facile, leggero, spesso gioioso. Dal primo momento in cui Miss Bhuvana mi accolto per il check in alla reception, mi sono subito sentito a mio agio; ho avuto subito la sensazione di una calda e amichevole accoglienza. Al ristorante poi ho sempre potuto godere di un servizio oltre ogni più rosea aspettativa. La cordialità e la preparazione dello staff mi ha sempre alleviato le fatiche delle giornate lavorative, e mi ha sempre permesso di godere appieno dello speciale cibo indiano, ma non solo, che gli ottimi chef preparano tutti i giorni (e la domenica è tutto ancora più ricco). Voglio scrivere i nomi di tutti i ragazzi del ristorante perché tutti meritano di essere citati: Mousumi (Kimmy), Milinium, Swathi, Javed, Nanda, Koshik Un’ultima nota di merito anche per gli addetti dell’housekeeping, e servizio lavanderia: perfetti!

The hotel was booked on line n specific rooms were requested a few weeks ago )4 rooms)on line, but when we came to check in about mid night, we’re told there was no ref to online check in and we had to show them proof of communication from our WhatsApp. Front desk is not to be blamed since they accommodated us but got is other rooms, No night duty manager but he she would also be not able to assit due to online booking. WiFi does not work in room( excuse was above 4th floor internet is bad) only clear at the lobby. Room toilets shower room edge on the floor have molds. Towels were brownish white. Receptionist does not give you 2 room door tags Since not policy- plus worst the key tag don’t work once you leave the hotel and return later ( in our case after 7 hrs on the same day)- excuse given magnetic issues if key tag kept beside hand phone. Saw a group about 10 family with kids (last night)checking in at night turn down since it did not register their online checking n booking- was so sad to see small kids & elderly tired but no rooms.- did not know the out come since I just went back to the room- hope their booking was accepted). Break first service is so bad that they are not ready for tourist at 7.30am( as we leave early to travel). Today I asked the waiter to on the lights and he was not too please to do so . We choose this hotel since the service was good for the price and have stayed here a few times before the covid BUT will not recommend any one to stay here if management don’t revert to their hospitality

In need of total refurbishment. The room was ok except for some reason the main electricity switch for the room is outside of it. On the last morning I was taking a shower and someone must have switched it off so I was in the dark. My room was on the 5th floor and the lift was not working. I took the stairs down in the morning and after that had to use the service lift (no airco and all rusty). The deckchairs around the pool are cracked as well as the cushions. 2 rusty tubes go into the pool. I had booked a room without breakfast by mistake when I went down in the morning I asked how much the breakfast would be. The guy overseeing everything told me it was complementary so I asked again and was he sure about that? 3 times he told me it was complementary so I had breakfast on both mornings but on the 2nd morning after I had taken my breakfast he came to me and told me that actually breakfast is not complementary and that I owed him 840 INR. Needless to say I was not happy about it. When I checked in I paid the totality of my bill so I was only expecting to have to pay the 840 INR of my breakfast. After a long discussion with the receptionist she told me I didn’t have to pay for the breakfast but I still had to settle 1100 INR. I asked what for? And then she told me it was a mistake.

The hotel was on outskirts. You cannot expect eataries nearby. But the hotel in having in-house restaurant, again not too much of nenu option. Hotel was big with ample parking place and room was clean with no issues with ac etc. Overall good option to stay.

Minas ***or in Tiruchirapalli is a screwed up place without any ***ners . Please don't. Choose since it's close to Airport. It's not at all worth choosing this place to stay, Never go for with this stay, there is an old *** keep frightening customers instead of warm welcome. After having a hectic day tour, he expected the customer to unload, carry and move to our own rooms without any helpers and we as a a10 members of family really shocked the way he behaves and scares us in the night with his words. This old *** may be a staff, but has No sense, No value for customer and not friendly enough. We didn't really felt we were treated in good ***ner at least forget about the facilities and made us to wait at the entrance for long time for identity verification which can be done well before as we have already updated him about our arrival. Finally It was a horrible experience we had

Star city hotel is best suitable for couples in trichy. Staff are very polite and very helpful. Eventhough they don't have restaurant they will help you to get your food through zomato and swiggy. They will arrange tea and coffee in time. Location is the plus of star city

SSathyanarayananJMolto bel hotel con una camera pulita e buona custodia. Molto vicino al tempio principale. Proprio vicino al Gopuram esterno come si entra a Srirangam dal lato di Amma Mandapam. C'è un ristorante sotto l'hotel che serve cibo bello e delizioso. Il ristorante è indipendente e quindi si dovrebbe regolare la fattura separatamente. Tuttavia, l'alloggio include colazione gratuita che è servito dal ristorante. Molto ideale per visitare il tempio e soggiorno confortevole. Sono anche organizzati per darshan. Il parcheggio è ampio - 4 coperto e 4 aperto. Prezzi ragionevoli e ci è stato aspettato e ci sarà un nuovo viaggio in futuro.

First of all, the name is correct. I had a great view of the Rock Fort from my room, and I was only on the 1st floor! The rooms are clean and spacious and quite comfortable. There is even a fridge with a minibar (although I did not use it). Not that generous in terms of complimentary items, but adequate. There is a restaurant on the ground floor (this is where breakfast is served) and another on the roof top. Menus are extensive but optimistic! Nice view, but bring a torch if you want to read the menu. The front desk staff are helpful in making arrangements but (at least with one of them) do be alert that you get the right change.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è essenzialmente un hotel indiano, quindi se siete un straniero che visita Trichy, che pochi lo fanno, e se siete, e preferite la scena locale piuttosto che il finale, saprete cosa aspettare, e essere onesti, le camere non sono troppo cattive. La foto che ho visto non è come quella che ho visto, ma tutte le altre foto sono rappresentative. Non aspettare troppo dal personale, ma si occupano dei requisiti di base, quindi non abbiamo avuto lamentele. Il ristorante interno è cambiato. Era nell'edificio principale, e si occupava di una buona varietà di pasti. Ora è vicino, e la qualità dei pasti è diminuita. Non importa, proprio lungo la strada è un ristorante molto bello (Kerala Mess), anche se non si apre fino alle 10:00 - se vuoi un omeleto, dovrai aspettare. Per colazione, posso raccomandare la joint locale vicino all'ospedale GVN - grande chai, caffè e vadi. Il punto principale che si dovrebbe sapere prima di prenotare questo posto (a parte la difficoltà di prenotare online dall'esterno dell'India - utilizzare Make My Trip), è che si trova nel mezzo di un basar - esp basar a crap-crap. Intensificare le folle in pomeriggio e sera.Finché vi piace navigare attraverso le folle indiche, è divertente, altrimenti può essere un incubo. Abbiamo appena raggiunto i limiti di questo traffico, e non sono certo che cosa faranno queste aree di mercato in India, in quanto il traffico e le persone si stanno scontrando in futuro.
