Staff behaviour is good, festivities are good,We like their hospitality, But they are collecting money 💰 for each 12hours, That is difficult to stay longer

I stayed here for a night with my family. It is a decent hotel in the heart of the city. My stay was comfortable and there was no difficulty during check-in. The support staff were good. Only negative thing i noticed is that the floor was not clean in the room i stayed in. It could be improved.

Stay was good. But can improve on the customer experience - bed-sheets weren’t washed properly which led to itching. Some bedsheets were torn. Bathroom fittings should be improved. I was not able to lock the bathroom door from outside, which led to mosquitoes coming inside the room during the night. Water from the ac was constantly dripping in the bathroom. Toilet fittings were broken. Lighting’s in the room weren’t very comforting. Customer service needs to be improved as well. Should work on all these points in future to get good customer rating.

Property was hard to find in google maps. But the location in mmt helped close the gap. The rooms were well maintained and staffs were friendly. The only major flaw was the car parking, they made me park the vehicle on the road since their parking was full.

Room very small. Neatness is poor. The mirror in the bath room is fully covered with dirt and is useless. The lighting is very poor. They can improve with some effort, except the space. Location is good.
