Average at best, especially considering the cost. It has lost its former glory. Aging resort with missing maintenance. Equipment like bikes or ATV are in bad shape. Food: many Menu items not available. A lot of fried stuff, little vegetables BUT when asking they did Bing out at no extra cost. Staff: no pro activity. Have to look for them to actually get something done. However, some are super nice. Especially Sheila was always super helpful and assisting. Recreational: heavily overpriced, especially ATV. Get 1/2 price outside. Taxi dito. Get through Facebook… 30-40% off. Wanted to go hiking: not available… only when we kindly insisted and complained that “not available” seems to be their “mission statement” at Berjaya, it suddenly became available thanks to Sheila! The guide (Chaloy) also working at the resort was super nice. Rented golf card… got stuck half way.. battery was flat.. but they charged in full! Rooms: old. Aircon died, rooms were not cleaned 2 out of 4 days. Pool is nice: but pool bar? Todays special: “not available”. Pina colada: whipped cream out of can + pineapple juice from tetra pack 😂🤢. The only reason why I gave 3 instead of 2 stars: Sheila, Charlottes, Chef Asil, and two more people at the restaurant. Won’t be back. Sorry.

We have booked a fullboard 4D3N fullboard pool view superior room stay which includes 1 lunch, 2 dinner, 3 breakfast and snorkelling trip to pulau renggis and marine park. As our stay was during the school holiday, the resort was packed with big groups of families and company trip. It was not what we imagine to be a couple retreat. Food was ok however it was the same menu daily during breakfast. This is our first trip to Paya. The room is big in size however we do have issue with the shower where the water flow is so small. We do enjoy the beach view in front of the resort and the sunset.

Molto consigliare questo resort se si vuole essere lontano dalla vita della vostra città.Godetevi la spiaggia, il mare, la vista fantastica ... e non dimenticare il servizio impeccabile da tutti i dipendenti. Il colazione e le attività erano grandi , non posso aspettare di tornare qui il prossimo anno !

Отель очень красивый. Номер невероятный. Кухня вкусная в отеле. Море великолепное (особенно для снорклинга). Так как мы отдыхали в другом отеле, то нас лодка забрала с пристани Текака. Спасибо огромное отелю. Все очень понравилось.

Questo hotel è il meglio che potete trovare sulla Juara Beach, quasi alla fine della strada, verso la nursery tartarughe. La camera al primo piano non è male, soprattutto se è lontana dalla cucina: doppio letto matrimoniale e abbastanza spaziosa. Pulizie solo a richiesta, bagno che si allaga (niente box doccia) asciugamani e lenzuola così così.....diciamo che bisogna accontentarsi . A richiesta asciugamani spiaggia. Spiaggia molto bella e spesso deserta, con ombrelloni e lettini. Caffè espresso buono, così come le serate a tema BBQ con pesce fresco e possibilità di cenare con i piedi nella sabbia. Personale di servizio abbastanza improvvisato: meglio alzarsi ed arrangiarsi....Andate alle cascatelle a piedi, uscite a destra, passate il ponticello sul fiume e salite verso la centrale elettrica: una volta arrivati potete fare il bagno. A sinistra del resort c'è un piccolo ristorante a conduzione familiare: provate i cheese roti......qui costa tutto meno della metà. Consigliato. Se siete stufi di piccante, provate la cucina del Coconat grove, di fianco a destra. Bella la passeggiata fino a Juara, ma tanti posti in questo momento sono chiusi. Belle le escursioni: coral sland o la parte nord ovest, fino alla bellissima Salang.

I have asthma, it's been hell. 1. I'm staying in the Deluxe Ocean View Room, and it fills with the smoke and the smell of burning trash and melting plastic every evening after 7, and continues until perhaps 1 AM. The building is sat at the lowest point on the beach in front of a sort of trash-filled depression that flows into the ocean at monsoon season (check the photo), and all the resorts burn their trash close by, and all the smoke pools into this room because the air conditioner has a big hole through to the outside wall, and the sliding glass doors have big whistling gaps. The small bathroom box fan does not help. I've already had a serious asthma attack, it's literally dangerous. 2. I had to leave the snorkeling tour early because despite asking multiple times how many people were going (they said 4; it was 20) and if it was nonsmoking (they said yes, it's nonsmoking when i bought the ticket, and again before i stepped on the boat), 3/3 staff members unapologetically smoked or vaped in my face the entire time, and taking their cue as permission, 3 guests started vaping and another 3 smoking, making it miserable for me, so i demanded to be dropped off at the next jetty. 3. A nonsmoking room just means you personally happen to not be smoking in it at this very moment. All the rooms are smoking, and almost all the customers here smoke, many of them the incredibly strong local stuff that's illegal in other countries and makes anyone in a 300m circumference think there's a brush fire nearby. instead of trying to curb this damage to their property (not to mention health hazard), they sell a large variety of these cigs at their minimart. just one kind of fruit per day, but 12 types of cigs! the garden is littered with literally thousands of cigarette butts they've never cleaned, again, just check the photo- that was just the 2 square meters in front of my cottage, multiply it by 20,000 . . . I have spent 5 years traveling in SE Asia, I realize people here don't believe air pollution, secondhand smoke, and lung disease are real. I always travel with 2 air purifiers, I'm always upfront about finding solutions with hotel staff . . . this place was hell and their constant gaslighting abominable.

Everything was good, and on 2nd nights we order the lobster was good too. Price very reasonable. Athens only things in the night walking back to room. The light was not very bright so sometimes u need to see properly. And the room phone not working well. Overall, I can say is very good.
