We offer you this beautiful 1-room attic apartment in the heart of Sylt.
The apartment has a total area of approximately 40 square meters. It extends over the entire top floor of this 3-party house.
Our apartments are constantly being renovated. In 2017 this apartment received a beautiful oak parquet and a new couch. It is located in Tinnum just a few meters from Landhaus Stricker. The Tinnumer shopping center as well as some bakeries and the restaurant zur Eiche are within walking distance. There is also a bus stop in the street.About pets:Pets allowed: limit 2 total.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Im Außenbereich erlaubt!.About events:No events allowed.

Schönen kleine Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und für die Größe auch viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Uns war die Lage etwas laut, da die Bahn recht nah ist.

Schönes Basislager auf Sylt gefunden
Unseren Aufenthalt auf Sylt haben wir sehr genossen! Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral gelegen und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nord, Ost und Süd. Wir haben unser schönes Basislager auf Sylt entsprechend gefunden! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war - auch spontan - sehr gut. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Vom Ankommen bis zu Schluss ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Hatte 2 Appartements weil ich verlängert habe, beide sehr gell, liebevoll dekoriert, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, war mit den Rad unterwegs, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!

Einfach top
Für uns war die Wohnung 1A. Es war alles vorhanden,Geschäfte zum Einkaufen waren auch in direkter Nähe fussläufig zu erreichen.
Wir konnten die Fahrräder in der Garage abstellen ,Parkplatz fürs Auto ist vor dem Haus . Hier hat alles gepasst

Super Lage, zentral zu allen Orten der Insel
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen in der Zukunft gern wieder.

Sehr schöne, kleine und gemütliche Wohnung
Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte und Restaurants. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig innerhalb von 20 - 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ca. 5 - 10 Minuten.
Die Vermieterin war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich.
Die Wohnung haben wir sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Klein aber fein. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich.
Entgegen dem Inserat gab es in der Küche keinen Ofen.
Waschmaschine und Trockner haben wir nicht vorgefunden.

Auszeit im Juli
Sehr gemütliche und äußerst ansprechende Fewo, die den Syltaufenthalt zu einem wunderbaren Erlebnis machte.
Mir gefiel des Weiteren der unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Umgang mit der Vermieterin.
Sehr gerne wieder Urlaub in diesem Ambiente.....

Urlaub auf Sylt mit Hund
Unser Aufenthalt war in der beschriebenen Ferienwohnung sehr schön. Für zwei Personen mit Hund (wenn dieser Treppen läuft) war die Ferienwohnung lm Dachgeschoss absolut groß genug und gemütlich. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war sauber ! Die Gastgeberin hat schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet!
Die Lage war zentral in Tinnum, mit Fahrrädern war die Insel gut zu erkunden.
Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!
