The floor so dusty. bathroom toilet clogged. Kitchen sink so dirty. Toilet door broken. The only good is the bed. Superb comfortable. They using Kingcoil brand.

Easy and convenient stay for a good trip . Especially for a group of friends can stay together for gathering event . Nice and clean . Will book again for next trip .

I booked this place for my parents, and they loved it. The location is convenient, close to the Penang Bridge, and it's easy to find food nearby. There's parking available, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Highly recommended!

Location not very good. Room aircon drip water . Told the management and arrange for check but no staff came to check. Lifts very busy cos so many carparks level have to stop.

- Staff are not willing to provide service, both security and lobby - No parking service for vans - Not enough elevators for guests - Garbage disposal points are everywhere, right at the entrance to the lobby, quite smelly - The room is beautiful and clean, but the air conditioner is not cool.

Even though we are staying on 23th floor, we are still able to hear the road noise from cars ad motorcycles on the ground floor with all of our windows shut tight. When there are people walking past our unit or opening/closing their doors, we can hear these sounds very loud and clearly. The sound insiulation for the apartment is terrible. The windows in the bedroom and bathroom opened out to the common corridor which is very dangerous. There are no grilles to protect, and anyone can climb into our apartment very easily from the corridor if our windows are unlocked. This is very very dangerous.

The room is clean but the only issue is the waiting time for the lift.

The apartment is good in general, but only the bathroom drainage is quite slow when you are taking bath. The location is very convenient. Facilities are good too. The parking lot has 10 floors, so it takes time to circle up and down.

No wheelchair friendly. Lobby there's no slope for wheelchair and prams. The lift door close too fast before we reach the doors.

Very good new place nearby many food stall Will come back again
