DON'T GO!! Dambu Morii - A Concealed Ruin Amidst Nature. In a week that was supposed to be memorable for all 62 participants from 9 different countries, Dambu Morii managed to turn an international camp into a shocking and disgusting nightmare. When we signed the contract two months in advance, we believed we were securing a decent experience, but it turned out to be a cruel illusion. The loss of control in this place was evident from the moment we stepped into the courtyard. A change in ownership should not have been an excuse for total disorganization and disregard for the contract. Our exhausted children, after a day of travel, were met with chaos and uncertainty. Our rooms were not prepared, and hygiene was non-existent. Instead of being eagerly awaited, accommodation became a torment of waiting, on a late evening, while our tired children wondered what was happening to them. When we finally reached our rooms, we discovered a desolate reality. There were no keys for the rooms, and the promised "codes" were delayed for yet another hour. With constant waiting for basic details, we faced problems with hot water missing from the showers, and the toilet water basins created a grotesque scene in several rooms. Peeling walls and the persistent smell of smoke turned the restaurant into a nightmare-worthy space. As for food, we witnessed a comedy of massive proportions. The initial promises about the menu and selection were replaced by tiny and unsatisfying portions. The vegetable soup became an alarmingly constant dish, and vegetarians or those with intolerances were subjected to a ruthless monotony - grilled vegetables ad nauseam. The unprepared and inadequate staff turned meals into a chore, with another camp running parallel. Coordination with the neighboring camp to avoid overlapping meals failed miserably, and the attempt to synchronize schedules completely faltered due to a complete lack of resources. And if that wasn't enough, false bills were added to this carousel of disorganization. Despite having paid everything in advance, we are accused of non-payment and threatened that we won't receive dinner. The owner, with a dictatorial attitude, refused to provide the services we had paid for. And I can't overlook the "cork fee", an absurd measure imposed by the money-hungry owner to allow us to unload our own beverages. This ridiculous fee was just another example of the irregularities and deceptions in this place. Dambu Morii provided a disappointing and desolate experience. From inadequate food to deplorable room conditions and abusive owner behavior, everything was a constant nightmare. Disregarding the contract, total disorganization, and indifference to customer satisfaction defined this location. There's nothing worse than a week spent in this hell concealed amidst nature.
