My wife and I just returned back to the States after a stay at Villa Paroraia - a true labor of love. It is such a beautifully restored, wonderful and luxurious guesthouse in a great location in the Zagori area of Epirus. The beauty, cleanliness and ambiance of the physical property was only surpassed by the amazing kindness and care provided to us by its proprietress, Maria. Maria goes so far above and beyond in her care, assistance and genuine interest in her guests. Because of the time and extra effort she took with us, we were able to discover special little places in the area we never would have seen without her suggestion and guidance. Maria made our trip to the Zagori area so special that we will never forget it. If you are looking for a wonderful place with an amazing breakfast and a host that obviously puts the guest above all else, look no further than Villa Paroraia.

This was a great choice!The room were clean,spacious and had a fireplace,which is a plus.The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful,and the breakfast was great as well!All handmade and delicious,with local products!Unfortunately,Tsepelovo was not in high season when we visited,so I’d advise you to visit during Christmas for the perfect experience

Εξαιρετική επιλογή διαμονής! Φοβεροί οικοδεσπότες ! Κάθε πρωί τρώγαμε διαφορετικές χειροποίητες πίτες και φρέσκα προϊόντα της περιοχής （σπιτικό ζυμωτό ψωμί αυγά, τυριά, μαρμελάδες） Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, η Κυρία Μαρία πάντα με το χαμόγελο, ανυπομονούμε για την επόμενη φορά!

Η λέξη εξαιρετικό είναι λίγη! Το κατάλυμα είναι υπέροχο. Πεντακάθαρο, όμορφο, ζεστό, άνετο! Η κα Μαρία και ο κ Δημήτρης είναι τόσο φιλόξενοι! Σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι ήρθες στο σπίτι σου, ότι είστε οικογένεια. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό! Όλα φτιαγμένα από τα χεράκια της κα Μαρίας με μεράκι και αγάπη! Κάθε μέρα και μια διαφορετική πίτα, αυγά φρέσκο βρασμένα από τις κότες τους, μαρμελάδες γλυκά κέικ! Ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία για εμάς και ελπίζουμε να ξανά πάμε!

Παιδιά δεν έχω λόγια αξίζει να μείνετε η κυρία Μαρία ο κύριος Δημήτρης πολύ καλοι άνθρωποι τα δωμάτια τέλεια καθαρά τα μπάνια όλα τέλεια το πρωινό οι πίτες της κυρίας Μαρίας κάθε μέρα διαφορετικες και μαρμελάδες από τα χέρια της αξίζει παιδιά.Οσο για το μέρος θα σας μαγέψει εύχομαι από καρδιάς καλά να περάσετε!!!

Τι να γράψω...Δωμάτιο τέλειο, ήσυχο,(κυκλαμινο) καθαρό,ζεστό με θέα ...Οι ιδιοκτήτες παρών σε όλα από συμβουλές για το χωριό μέχρι τιπ που εσύ στον δρόμο δεν θα έδινες σημασία! Έμεινα ένα βράδυ, αλλά έδωσα υπόσχεση στον εαυτό μου να γυρίσω με την οικογένεια! Το βράδυ η κυρία Μαρία έψησε ψωμί και μου ετοίμασε πιάτο με ένα κομμάτι τυρί φέτα...Φανταστήτε αφράτο ζεστό ψωμάκι με τυρί, τους ένιωσα οικογένεια μου! Το δε πρωινό όλα δικά τους, αυγά, πίτες, μαρμελάδες...τα πάντα..Στο τέλος μου έβαλαν και για τον δρόμο...Ευχαριστώ!

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα, προσεγμένα και μεγάλα δωμάτια. Μείναμε σε δωμάτιο με τζάκι και ένα επιπλέον κρεβάτι. Πολύ καθαρό και με ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στην απολύμανση. Νιώσαμε ασφαλείς εν μέσω covid. Το καλύτερο και σημαντικότερο από όλα είναι η κα Μαρία και κος Δημήτρης. Η φιλοξενία τους δεν περιγράφεται... Ότι και να θελησαμε μας το προσέφεραν. Από την μπουγάτσα στο πρωινό που έφτιαξαν ειδικά για εμάς για να μας ευχαριστήσουν, μέχρι το καθαριστικό λεκέδων και την τυρόπιτα που μας έδωσαν για το δρόμο της επιστροφής. Εξαιρετικοί άνθρωποι που μας έμειναν αξέχαστοι.

Η επιλογή του έγινε από τα σχόλια των επισκεπτών. Συνήθως υπάρχει μια υπερβολή στα σχόλια αλλά εδώ υπήρξε η εξαίρεση. Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο( ψάχναμε να βρούμε λιγη σκόνη , αλλά τίποτα), πεντακάθαρο μπάνιο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο το ταβάνι. Τα έπιπλα όμορφα και καθαρά. Άξιον αναφοράς οτι ανοίξαμε το παράθυρο απο την πολύ ζέστη. Συνήθως υπάρχει πρόβημα με την ζεστη στα καταλύματα αλλά εδώ ισχύει το αντίθετο.Υπήρξε πάντα ζεστό νερό. Το πρωινό πολύ ωραίο , με παραδοσιακές προσθήκες καθημερινά από τα χέρια της Κυρίας Μαρίας. Οι ιδιοκτήτες του το κρατάνε σε άριστο επίπεδο. Νομίζω οτι είναι στα συν οτι διαμένουν και οι ίδιοι στο κατάλυμα και οτι το καθαρίζουν οι ίδιοι.Οτι χρειαστεί ο πελάτης του το προσφέρουν. Είναι μια άριστη επιλογή για διαμονή.

Υπέροχο! Μείναμε ένα βράδυ αλλα σίγουρα θα θέλαμε παραπάνω! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, με μεγάλο και πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι! Το πρωίνό ήταν καταπληκτικό! Η κ. Μαρίας μα έφτιαξε χειροποίητη μπουγάτσα και τηγανιτά αβγά! Επίσης, το σπιτικό λικέρ κράνα, που μας πρόσφεραν κατά την άφιξή μας, ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!
