Hotel in zona Energie Museum, Timelkam

Hotel di stile piccolo in un quartiere privato. Ho avuto una camera da letto unica Nr.2 sul pavimento. Puli, durevole, funzionale, moderno. Il doccia era un po' piccolo per me, ma ancora buono con fascia moderna, shampoo, ecc. Un buon mattresse e una bambola morbido. Grande zona di parcheggio intorno all'hotel. Un sistema ben pensato per rilasciare una chiave, quando la ricezione non è occupata. La colazione è ricca e diversa, con pane fresco. Il WiFi è molto povero nella stanza Nr.2. Un dispositivo mobile che cerca di passare a 4G, che è mostrato, ma consente solo velocità di bordo con il fornitore di Drei. Area verde tranquilla, eccetto una cosa: il tratto ferroviario si trova nelle immediate vicinanze di questo quartiere, e per qualche motivo i treni passano necessariamente in mare (circa una volta ogni mezz'ora durante le ore di luce del giorno) a partire dalle 6:00. Pertanto, se dormi con la finestra aperta, non è necessario impostare un allarme per le 6:00, perché sarà svegliato da un corno di treno chiaro e alto comunque. I treni stessi si muovono lentamente e abbastanza. Ma il corno... 🥲

Un nuovo hotel fresco. Grande concetto. Buona cena e colazione. Grande vista sul lago dalla stanza (6° piano - lato ovest). Molto spazio di parcheggio gratuito, tra cui un gruppo di slot per le auto elettriche. Personale eccezionalmente amichevole e motivato. Wi-Fi veloce in tutte le aree. Ho visto un socket LAN nella stanza (non l'ho provato però). Grande palestra. Sauna era aperta. Attrazioni turistiche nelle vicinanze sono facilmente raggiunte con la macchina. Rimarremo certamente qui in futuro per viaggi in Austria.

Camere top, super colazione, molto piacevole ospite - davvero tutto il meglio !!

I booked an apartment for five people (this apartment can fit up to 12 people) for 2 nights. I then received an email that the number of guests is one. That was weird because the minimum number of guests for the apartment is five as you can see in the attached photo. Upon arrival after hours at around 6 PM, there was no one at the check-in desk. Our key was placed at the check-in desk and our last name was written next to the room number. That room had two twin beds stuck to each other. It was tiny and very different than the apartment that I booked online using ***********. I tried calling the number that they had and when I did I heard a vibration of a cell phone at the check-in desk. I tried contacting *********** and they recommended I speak to the property directly and when I stated that I couldn't get a hold of them they asked me to email *********** and that they would get a response to me in 24 hours. Eventually they did respond saying that the property has been contacted but they did not hear anything back from them, so basically *********** was useless. In the meantime, I had to go next-door to ask for help. The lady next-door called one of the housekeeping ladies who then came down and tried helping us. She then called the man who came and gave us the apartment. That man did not even smile or apologize to us. The apartment was decent, and spacious, however the beds were too soft. It had a nice terrace. There were two bathrooms in the apartments one was a good size and the other was tiny. There is no air conditioner, as many other hotels in Europe. There is no elevator the stairs leading up to the apartments are pretty steep. The breakfast was decent. Parking is offsite and there's about a five minute walk. The town is small but pretty. Overall the stay was pleasant, however the check in experience and the incorrect room and no one at the check-in desk was very unpleasant. At check out, there was another lady who seems to be more involved and had a smile on her face and apologized for the experience we had.

excelent location with great lake view and very much convienent to play at the lake! you can swim in the lake, have a boat, and many water activities. Very helpful staff! Clean and spacious rooms with newly decroted! Delicous food! we stayed there for 2 nights, and really enjoy our summer vacation there. I think hotle stadler is one of the best hotles around attersee. Highly recommended.
