Premier Inn Kings Lynn

I stayed in December for 2 nights and booked in for breakfast, the restaurant was the filthiest restaurant I have ever experienced. There was hardly any choice for breakfast and the staff were so miserable. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive a cheque in the post in 6 weeks time. They couldn’t refund my cash as it had already been banked! It’s now 3 months on and Premier Inn are ignoring my emails and still haven’t sent my refund. Avoid this hotel and restaurant! Awful service and filthy dirty restaurant with miserable staff. There’s a nice Travelodge just down the road, much nicer!

Clean room comfy bed not the best food breakfast not the best quality for £10.99 the continental no cheese or ham staple for a continental didnt enjoy the food at all second and third morning went to macdonalls for a breakfast wrap very enjoyable

Great hotel, staff were friendly polite and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean as was my room. Large car park right out front of hotel. Usual superb Premier Inn double bed. Plenty of tea and coffee products provided. Room nice and warm and superb sound insulation.

We checked in very easily and the staff were most helpful. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces. The hotel is very quiet so a good nights sleep is almost guaranteed. A Shell garage close by for 'papers etc. A Brewers Fayre and Macdonalds nearby if you do not want to use the PI restaurant.

A very nice Premier Inn, used whilst on a walking weekend, large room, comfy bed, very clean and had everything I needed, staff were friendly, breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice, would definitely use again. It was a shame the pub next door closed so early though.

We booked for 2 nights for a family funeral for 5 of us. We thought we would be able to change our clothes before going to the funeral but the woman on the desk informed us that we would have to pay £15 pounds for each room for early book in although the rooms were ready, & told us they were fully booked. She didn't seem to want to help & didn't have a very nice attitude - we were only planning to change clothes & left our cases in the car. After having a coffee we returned & had to change in the toilet which had no hanger for bags/clothes While I realise there are rules she had to abide by, her attitude needed improving. I worked with the public & was always very polite & gave each person the service they deserved. When we booked in later that night the guy on the desk told us that she should have let us change & couldn't see her reasoning & there were 20 unoccupied rooms. Our stay apart from this person was good
