Il buffet è stato assolutamente apprezzato da persone amari e amiche che si sono spostate sopra e oltre per rendere il nostro soggiorno grande. Celia ha fatto un lavoro straordinario che ha servito la nostra tavola e che ha prestato grande attenzione alle esigenze dei nostri gruppi.

Sono arrivato in hotel circa due ore prima del check-in. L'atmosfera era incredibile con un bar e colazione e pranzo il giorno seguente. Il mio letto era molto comodo, l'unico lato negativo era che in realtà c'era un lenzuolo che l'hanno nascosto sotto il materasso come se fosse un lenzuolo con angoli. È arrivato con un piumino. Ho dovuto chiamare il servizio in camera due volte forse perché erano occupati a portare coperte extra. Il riscaldamento non funzionava, l'hanno scollegato a causa del caldo, intendiamoci di notte, avevo molto freddo. Nel complesso tutto era una configurazione moderna. Sei vicino al Mercado Hidalgo, centro culturale, molte altre cose. È stato nel complesso un bel soggiorno.

Ottimo attenzione nel registro, strutture auper comode. Attenzione per tutti i dipendenti di meraviglioso.

Tras su discreta entrada se encuentra un bonito hotelito en el centro de Tijuana, sus habitaciones tienen lo necesario como en buen estado y limpio aun que hay que remarcar que si no fuera por la base de sus camas tendría 5 estrellas. La atención fue excelente como amable sin importar la hora que lo solicites la actitud fue muy buena.

Hotel normale. 3 minuti a piedi dalla frontiera. Parede di carta, si ascolta letteralmente tutto! È lì acqua calda e fredda. Condizionatore non incluso, era freddo. TV non è intelligente.Colazione inclusa nel prezzo, deliziosa. Il prezzo è certamente alto, ma è il migliore di tali offerte.

Albergo molto pulito. È più economico prenotare online altrimenti la stanza è 3 volte più costosa. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile.

I am a frequent business traveler with over 2 million frequent flyer miles. Have stayed in Kempinski, St Regis, W, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Waldorf Astoria, Marriott, Hyatt, all the way down to Motel 6, Hampton Inns, Red Roof Inns, Army/Air Force/Navy Inns. The Hotel Jatay is a self proclaimed 4 Star Hotel. It is at best in my opinion a 1.5 star economy beach front stay. The location of the Jatay is its' only selling point. The hotel provides efficient wireless, a secure garage with space for approximately 15 vehicles, an ice machine on the 2nd floor, a reasonably priced nice restaurant on the 5th floor, and a single elevator which is frequently interoperable. The rooms have a safe, cable tv, a chair, a desk, and an armoire and night stands with the laminates coming apart from the furniture. Issues: over 70 rooms, and secure parking for only 40 vehicles; the shower water pressure goes from low to high pressure every 20 seconds; when the water pressure goes up it becomes hot, and when it goes down the water is cold; silver fish bugs in the room; no mini fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, comfy chair, or sofa in the room; the armoire is small without sufficient space to hang clothes; a single towel to each occupant; house cleaning rarely shows up, and when they do you are luck if they even make the bed; no business center; and no fitness center. The Hotel Jatay staff for the most part is polite, but unskilled. The daytime manager is a very rude and extremely unhelpful woman.
