Home away from home I stayed at Eazy Centro with my two dogs and was impressed by the spacious serviced apartments featuring fully equipped kitchens with full-sized refrigerators, microwaves, and stovetops. The accommodations felt wonderfully roomy with excellent soundproofing and powerful air conditioning that kept us comfortable throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the warm, friendly, and exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable - they were incredibly understanding and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, with easy walks to a major supermarket and convenience stores just minutes away. The thoughtful decor and genuine hospitality from the team made this feel like a true home away from home for me and my dogs.

I recently booked a stay at Eazy Centro by ULIV for a medical appointment. Upon arrival at noon, I understood the 3 PM check-in policy and informed the receptionist I would return at that time. However, when I returned at 3:01 PM, the security guard informed me that my room was not ready and that I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes. Given my appointment at 3:30 PM, I explained that I could not wait, but the guard insisted that I either wait or leave. As a result, I sought alternative accommodation and ended up booking another hotel for four days, although I never utilized the original booking. I reported this to ******* for a refund, but the property manager did not respond to their inquiries, and I have yet to receive my money back. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

The whole experience was great overall. The staff were always at the front desk and helpful, and the property feels a bit more like a hotel, but with simple yet comfortable apartments. There are two things I think could be improved: 1.The bedrooms have a glass wall that lets in a lot of light; every time the neighbor turns on their lights at night, it’s almost as if you turned them on in your own room. If you want to sleep during the day, there’s no way to block it, so adding a curtain or some kind of shade would make a big difference. 2.The security booth at the parking gate is often empty, which makes accessing the parking area a bit frustrating. When I wanted to leave, I had to let the front desk know first so someone could come and let me out; I often found myself opening it myself without anyone noticing and getting out to close it behind me. Later, when I came back, I’d wait at the gate for a few minutes with no response, then I’d drive to the front and park on the street, walk back in, and ask the front desk to let me in, then get back in the car and drive to the gate. I get that having someone out there 24/7 isn’t always feasible but it would be helpful if there were a doorbell or a camera feed that they can watch from the front desk for more convenient access and better security.

This property is fantastic! I wanted to move in and live here! The staff is super friendly and the whole place exceeded my expectations. It will definitely be my go to for my stays in TJ

Bedding and towels were old and stained. Floor was clean but towels were not. Service is good. Location is okay. Not seeing this a staying again.
