國內如家差不多的酒店，性價比不高，大廳全天提供熱水和咖啡，還是不錯的，還有送機服務不錯

Everything was fine except that one of the rooms I rented didn't have the air conditioning working and they didn't change it because they didn't have availability.

Most of the room was good. The carpet was a little wet, in the shower where the soap goes, it had left over from privous soap, and the TV in the room had lines, the TV seem to be old!

Closest hotel to my family which was 5 miles further south in Tijuana. This is the last decent hotel when driving south on Casa Blanca. I was surprised at how nice the mall across the street was. Breakfast buffet could have been better. For about $100 is was worth it.

We had to continually ask for towels after our room was cleaned. Sewer water was being dumped in the street in front of the hotel which smelled very bad

Very dirty, the room had a very bad smell, there was no room phone, the towels were very old, the bathroom had a bad smell, the room was very bad, I don't recommend it.

The check in process was very poor. Had to wait 2 hours to get our room (check in was at 3pm and we got our room at 5:40pm) and minimal communication from the staff. I was very disappointed with my experience.
