The advertised small room was well presented, comfortable and spotless. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and provided an excellent breakfast consisting of home made bread and preserves along with locally sourced free range eggs and salmon. The view from the elevated location is wonderful and parking is no problem.

Lovely B&B in a lovely location. I stopped in on my way along the Cowal Way. The owners were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the Kyle was a great start to the day. Thanks to you both

A genuinely warm welcome and tips on the local area; comfortable rooms with traditional furnishing - matching the style of the building; handy parking and a good breakfast. I look forward to returning. The view is good, so go for one of the rooms at the front.

This was a perfect stop after a hard day’s cycling. Warm, helpful and informative welcome. The views, from high above the loch, are outstanding. Warm and welcoming room. Good breakfast. The hosts, Karmen and Gabor are lovey people and made us feel very welcome.

We arrived cold, wet and miserable after a day on the bikes. Our hosts quickly stored our bikes away, provided newspaper for our soaking shoes and took our wet gear to try to get it dry. They even put the heating on so we could get warm (in August!). Our room was immaculate, it was the small double but plenty of space for one night. The bed was very comfy, we had a great nights sleep. The scrambled egg at breakfast was fabulous, and there were some lovely touches like homemade jam and bread. Highly recommend.

A lovely stay at this B&B - a perfect room which was very clean and tidy. The view from the cottage was amazing to look out on during the morning for breakfast. The breakfast was wonderful and we even got to try a lovely homemade smoothie. Thank you to Karmen and Gabor for a fanastic stay you are brilliant hosts

Beautiful authentic B and B. We stayed in a double with the most wonderful views of the Kyle's of Bute. The room was large, immaculate with a large double bed. The views were simply stunning. Breakfast was first class with local produce cooked really well by Karmen. Home made bread, home made jam and free range eggs were lovely. Again the stunning views from the breakfast conservatory made it unforgettable. Best of all were the owners Karmen and Gabor and their lovely son. Altogether an 11 out of 10

Beautiful b&b in the most amazing setting. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. Lovely hosts who made us feel so welcome.This is a must try if staying in the area. Breakfast was perfect too. Just a tip if staying here...visit Ostel Bay beach and the amazing Fyne Raja restaurant only a 7min walk from the b&b

Fabulous breakfast, lovely and helpful hosts. Would definitely go back. Peaceful location, perfect for exploring the area. Comfortable room, ample parking, great places to eat nearby. First time I’d been, but as they have a loyalty scheme, I’d happily go back.
