Amy and Brian sono calorosi e sanno molto naturalmente trovare il dosaggio giusto tra condivisione di esperienze personali , atmosfera rilassata e rispetto della sfera privata di ciascuno. Sono addirittura molto attenti ai bisogni dei loro ospiti. Scelgono ottime persone per accompagnarvi nei posti stupendi per lo snorkeling o osservare la fauna locale. Ho soggiornato nella stanzetta sul pontile: è magica quando compaiono le luci dell'alba, o la sera quando si osserva la fotoluminescenza dei plancton. I pasti sono buoni e saporiti. Il nostro soggiorno era quasi troppo corto e ognuno nel nostro piccolo gruppo spero di tornare! Grazie a voi ;)

Our stay at Dolphin Bay hideaway was truly a magical experience. As a Panamanian it is truly remarkable what Brian has done with his little hacienda in Bocas del Toro. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about Panamanian animal and plant life. Brian is very detail-oriented and pays attention to every aspect of the guests stay which creates a very warm, welcoming environment. The evenings at the dolphin bay are filled with delicious food and a very sociable atmosphere. It was lovely to engage with all the other guests during our dinner. During the days there is a lot to do in the hacienda from kayaking, snorkelling to boat tours. I cannot recommend more this accommodation in Bocas del Toro.

The 2 nights we stayed at the dolpin bay hideway hotel were the vacation within our vacation. We felt very welcome and Brian and his crew took so good care of us. If possible we would have stayed longer. And yes we saw dolphins every day. The room was clean and the food great.

We (a family with two teenager daughters) recently stayed for 3 nights at Dolphin Bay Hideaway. The reviews we have read were very enhusiastic, but we can confirm: It is all true! We were picked up from Bocas by two friendly brothers: one was de captain, the other turned out to be the cook. But not just a normal cook: in our opinion a true chef. The tuna steak was excellent. Truly, the best we had in our lifes. In addition, he made a flan of maracuija. Since our daughters like the passionfruit so much. It tasted great! So, if you like good food, this is the place to be. However, there is more: Kayaks free to use, and kayak between the dolphins. They come really near (just several meters). Kayak with full moon in the bay. A jungle tour with Brian: he really knows a lot, and taught us about all kinds of plants, poisonous frogs and so on. And the snorkeling tour. Being a guest in this underwater world was really special. We saw a nursing shark, stingray, very special jelly fishes. I have snorkelled in various places, but this was excellent! After a day, we sat down at the veranda. Had a cocktail and realized the great beauty of this place, and the warmth of Brian and his team. It is a true paradise! I hope one day we come back again.

If you like nature and peaceful places this is for you. We've been twice to Bocas, stayed in 5 different areas and this is our second time at Dolphin Bay, the BEST place to stay and the only place we've ever returned to on vacation. Dreamy, beautiful, colourful grounds to watch birds, butterflies, frogs sloth and other creatures, lovely local walks, a fantastic calm bay with dolphins, coral and snorkelling... A great place to chill out and/or experience everything Bocas has to offer on site and through day trips. It's very eco without sacrificing comfort and the place is simply beautiful. The diversity is incredible and owner is fantastic doing great work on the area.

The most amazing place I ever got the honour to visit and it will be etched in my heart forever. When I first arrived I cried, it was that divine. The grounds, room, service, food and staff were all top notch! They over delivered on all occasions!! Brian, the owner took us out to see dolphins and he’s incredibly knowledgeable with the tropical plants and fauna along with animals. Make sure you bring reading material and that relax mode since the place screams tranquility.

I stayed at Dolphin Bay Hideaway in March with my sister and her kids. We stayed in the house that’s around the cove from the bed & breakfast. The house was located in a beautiful, peaceful area surrounded by nature. Flowers, trees, birds, butterflies you name it, we saw it. We even saw sloths out back. If you are a birder, you don’t even need to leave the porch around the house. There were different types of tanagers, red footed honeycreepers, bananaquits, kiskadees, hummingbirds and many more all around the house. I even saw a Squirrel Cuckoo on the jungle walk. Brian was very helpful with setting up our outings. And we did the private chef option for meals and the food was incredible. There are also paddle boards and kayaks available at the house. I would definitely recommend staying there and hope to go back one day.

Wow- husband and I had such a wonderful stay and experience. Brian, Amy and their lovely staff have made a really special haven amidst the rain forest. Our Bay Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and just beautiful over-looking forest to the sea. Sloths, dolphins, humming/birds, chocolate (Green Acres Chocolate Farm nearby), Almendro and other important native trees/plants, frogs!, guided nature walks, random kinkajou! Toucans in the tree canopy, snorkeling with vibrant sea life. Just sitting & listening to the birds and frogs is a delight away from a city. Food: dinners+bkfast are ahhmazing! with delicious drinks and fresh coffee (or tea) every morning. Local/on-site bananas, pineapple, papayas. If you're willing to walk/swim and explore there is so much nature to see+appreciate here. (Go native! Plant native plants! ) We hope we get to visit again!

My husband and I have been waiting for years to visit this amazing location. It did not disappoint! Visiting Dolphin Bay Hideaway was a relaxing, quiet, beautiful reset. Brian and Amy greet you like friends and make sure to take care of all of the details. They have everything you need and more. This relaxing location allows you to sit in silence, observe, dolphins, snorkel, enjoy nature, and sip a delicious beverage made by Amy ;-) we stayed in the bay room, which had an incredibly soft bed, several fans to keep the room cool, and a gorgeous view of the water. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner each day, which was flavorful, fresh, and accommodated my vegetarian diet ( upon request.) Highly recommend! I have a feeling we will be back with regularity.
