Stayed with my partner in a beautiful room. Staff are amazing and super helpful, couldn’t ask for more! apparently the site is due an update in the rooms and we are excited to see it when we come back Team couldn’t be more helpful, especially Vida

A clean, comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. The rest of the room felt grubby though and really wasn't clean. Carpets didn't look like they'd been hoovered in a while - and not just the edges. In the middle of the carpet there was a lump of mud, a torn corner from a food packet, and a lot of hairs and other 'bits'! The door handle felt sticky and even the TV remote appeared to have animal hair stuck between the buttons. Reception staff were very friendly though and, to be honest, the price I paid was as low as you can get anywhere in the UK these days. I guess you can't expect much more for around £30 per night... I just wish they had loaned me a hoover and maybe provided a welcome pack of anti-bacterial wipes!

Wonderful staff and great location....stayed here with my 2 dogs and was very impressed. Great night's sleep and staff couldn't have been kinder

Stayed here with a couple of friends and it was honestly better than we expected. The room was clean, quiet, and the beds were super comfy. Check-in was smooth and quick, which we really appreciated after a long drive. There’s also an amazing pub just a 10-minute walk away perfect for grabbing food and a few drinks in the evening. Perfect spot for a short stop. No complaints at all!

The customer service when we walked in from Kieran was amazing, even though we were absolute nightmares with our booking (sorry!!) he made us feel very welcome! Customer service legend!! The stay was great and the location was convenient for our race weekend!

Entered reception and was greeted with a tremendous smile from the receptionist,,,Chelsea was fantastic,,very helpful and polite..proper nice,,showed me how to put my registration in the car park machine.. answered all my question and was very professional,,credit to travel lodge she is..nice clean room, comfy bed and pillows are very soft,,ideal place to stay,I would stay again..highly recommend 😄👍

Would not return, dirty room, dirty toilet. Left within an hour and no refund given. Place needs updating
