Older style rooms but perfectly fine, with the bonus our room also had a bath which I prefer as well as a shower . Close to the Severn bridge and Aust village which is lovely. If you want a cheap place to stop that’s clean, warm and quiet this is perfect.

This hotel could’ve easily been mistaken for Bates Motel or similar. So unkept and dirty. Services is tiny it had a Burger King which closed early as no staff. Only a WHSmith and costa left to choose from where the costa worker didn’t know how to make basic coffees as hadn’t been trained. Nothing nearby for dinner. Would avoid

Stayed here for one night the check in was easy nice member of staff on reception who checked us in. The room was nice and clean along with the bathroom and had a nice sleep in the bed so all good and a very good price and the location by the motorway was great

The lodge is tucked away in the Aust service area so is a little daunting to find on a bad weather night. Once found the outside meets expectations of a Travelodge. Inside the lodge was warm clean and had a great team of staff looking after it. I couldnt expect more and the lodge offers excellent value for money - five stars!

Dirty and damp room . The bedding was clean but damp . The hotel room was extremely dirty and mould around the bath. Front of house staff really friendly.

Utter dump n damp stinky rooms filthy carpets n smelly shower with mould absolutely disgusting oh almost forget the manager what a laugh really lol completely rude n a arrogant manager never have I met n dealt with such a rude didgeridoo man who shouldn’t be manager of a hotel only been a manager for 1 year what a hoot n a holla oh yes indeed …..all I can say is the travelodge is not fit to house a corpse let alone folk so I give this hotel a zero rating of minus 200 lol

Have stayed at this lodge multiple times and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, and the location is peaceful, tucked away behind the services. The staff are consistently welcoming and attentive, providing excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The staff are friendly and understanding, sympathetic to people like myself with physical and mental issues. In the time I have been here they have shown extraordinary patience with difficult/ irritating guests. Also they have provided me with conversation wich to someone like myself with crippling depression is an extremely welcome distraction. The rooms are cleaned regularly. The staff have also gone the extra mile helping me with issues of a personal nature wich they had no obligation to do, for that I am very greatful as it helps to reduce my stress levels.
