Hi I just want to share my bad experience at Syphax hotel Tichy Bejaia, We arrived at the reception around 12 o'clock, We asked for a room of 3 adult, Everything is okay so fare , I went to the beach between 3 and 4, I did ask for bath towel, unfortunately is only one set in the room, Every time I ask for the towel at the desk, the answer was sorry I'm in my own I cant leave the desk, this people are not professional,you know what time I receive the towel after 21h, and face towel not a bath towel, the attendant said the haven't got a spare , I dis ask one of the managers whats the rate of this hotel,he said 4 Stars, ( big lies ), because I checked on Google it was only 3 stars, According to me it doesn't deserve one Star, Go back to the room the duvet was very dirty,trace of urine ,and blood,I can support my review with photos,and video to prove the state of this hotel,the room wasn't clean there is ants (insect) all over the room.Concerning the food wasn't really good I had only salad not a big varieties,breakfast time I did ask for orange juice ,they said no we don't do it,Guess how much we paid for the room , We paid 27000.00DZ (one Night ) , ,if they denied my review I will upload the photos and video ,so everyone can see the bad management of the Syphax hotel Bejaia, Always read the review b4 you book any hotel .

Sans détailler. Ou prendre position mal-placée. Hotel bien situé. Accueil catastrophique. Professionalismz 0 (zerro) Bouffe mediocre. Dans nos deux chambres doubles louées. Douche et douchettes cassées. Coffre fort ne marche pas dans nos deux. Hambres. Reclamation sur clim en panne en plein été. Ils disent on vous envois l te hnicien, et 3 heures aprés personne ne vient. Aprés 5 solicitations, ils nous ont donné une autre chambre aprés enguelade. En gros. Ce soit disant hotel n est pas un hotel. Cest un auberge avec diner forcé au prix de 19 000 DA par chambre. Le diner pour la 2eme nuit été bon. Message pour les personnes propres et dignes : n allez surtout pas jeter votre argent dans ce malheureusement pseudo-hotel.

Franchement l'accueil est nul , le service est très fade , une publicité mensongère, le dîner est tres pauvre je vous de déconseille cet hôtel.

On était un groupe de 48 personnes et on passer un séjour extraordinaire malgré y avait un autre groupe.Franchement c'était une expérience top, la propreté, la literie, le service et le buffet qui était varié. Chapeau a toutes l'équipe de l'hôtel et surtout a me Samir le Gérant vous étiez vraiment professionnel.
