優點： 1）近天水南站，酒店送了一程車站接送。 2）前台服務態度親切。 3）浴室熱水充足，淋浴設施良好。 4）附送早餐，選擇和味道中規中矩。 缺點： 空調系統不能正常運作，只吹風不製冷，溫度高達27-28度，非常悶熱。同一晚也有其他房客反映同樣問題，可見並非單一房間故障。經交涉後店方只安排換另一間空調較好的房間，但溫度也在26-27度之間，在炎熱天氣下根本不能睡得好，這點大大失分。

非常棒的酒店！停車方便，衞生整潔，全智能化。本來定的不帶早餐的房間，還免費贈送兩份早餐。非常感謝！下次來還會選擇這家酒店！

Linglan è in realtà un ottimo luogo nonostante l'evidente. E' a metà distanza tra il tempio di Fuxi e il monte Maiji. La fermata di autobus è direttamente fuori dall'hotel & 5 yuan porta U al tempio di Fuxi & la vecchia città. (Attenzione l'ultimo autobus è circa 730pm, taxi indietro dal tempio di Fuxi era circa 40rmb) Per il suo punto di prezzo, è un bel g ben designato, rinnovato e ben designato.Nonostante il miglior sforzo della direzione di essere un centro non fumatori, gli ospiti di hotel tendono a ignorare questa politica. Tuttavia, con la comunicazione, l'hotel mi ha portato bene a un lungo termine sul piano superiore. Mi hanno offerto anche di prendere/saltare dalla stazione ferroviaria. 這次住的酒店真的超出預期，尤其前台和客房衞生必須好好誇誇！ 前台服務：從進門就感覺很舒服，工作人員笑臉相迎，辦理入住速度超快，還主動告知了電梯位置和早餐時間。中間問了些周邊遊玩的問題，也耐心解答，態度特別好，讓人覺得很親切。 客房衞生：一進房間就眼前一亮，桌面、地板都乾乾淨淨，沒有一點灰塵。床品看着很整潔，摸起來也清爽，沒有異味。衞生間更是讓人放心，馬桶、洗手枱、淋浴區都擦得鋥亮，連角落都收拾得很到位，用着特別安心。 整體體驗特別棒，性價比很高，下次來還會選這家！

天水之行選擇麥積大酒店給我們留下了極其深刻的印象，因為我們服用中葯需要冷藏，在訂單前加了酒店微信對我們提的問題店方一一作了答覆，我們也看了住客點評，好評與差評懸殊，住店後我們也會客觀的評述。1、酒店位置極佳，在火車站出口右邊，旁邊有牛肉麪店和小超市，到麥積山石窟的34路就在酒店前方，打車也十分方便。 2、房間很大，裝修很好，冷熱水充沛，衞生乾淨，住着很舒適，外出時看見服務員在隔壁拖地打掃衞生，看到有個點評描述很臟，我覺得點評應該客觀，不要夾雜個人利益，酒店回覆的很好。3、前台服務態度很好，服務員王玲玲給我們旅遊提了很好的建議，工作很細心，尤其服務員小辛每天幫我們取中葯送到房間在拿去冷藏，謝謝！看電視遇到的問題實際上是現在電視設計問題，我們年紀大了遙控器開機總是收費頁面，反映後一個師傅進門很仔細的操作指導我們，看來有問題及時反映多溝通，還需要互相理解吧。 4、因為不是節假日，酒店的價格性價比很高，天水消費很親民，5元起步價的出租車在全國大概也是極少的，酒店雖然在火車站邊，睡覺很舒服安穩。祝酒店生意興隆，祝天水發展日新月異。
