優點：1. 酒店位置很好，離天水火車站很近，走路10分鐘左右，價格不貴；
2. 交通方便，處於兩區中間位置，門口有多趟公交車，到市區景點或者麥積山石窟時間都40-50分鐘；
3. 前台服務可以，適當推銷，多拿礦泉水，稍晚15分鐘退房的要求都滿足了；
4. 環境衞生不錯，花灑出水還行。
缺點：1. 酒店衣架、拖鞋質量不好，建議換換，特別是一家子，破破爛爛；

酒店地理位置還可以，在離火車站不遠，處於街區繁華地帶！房間空間不大，中規中矩，算是緊湊偏小型的！衞生狀況和床品舒適度一般，沒有什麼值得好評的！主要評價一下酒店的設施設備和服務態度，首先衞生間空間狹小不方便洗澡，空調製熱啟動慢，一時間制熱不了，房間裏面太冷，都不敢脱衣服，需要改進；其次是房間網絡失效，連不上無線網，叫酒店工程師過來看説是網線斷了需要電信公司專業人員來維修，第二天專業人員檢測結果又説是機頂盒換了需要申請重新配置，硬是兩天都沒修好噢，沒有網絡也沒有電視，很是鬱悶，不得不換其他酒店入住；再次就是酒店不接受客觀真實的評價，用長篇大論各種反駁我的評價，我覺得真的不至於，既然不接受差評那就把服務搞上去才是王道！信口雌黃的説我用差評威脅他們，真的犯不上，既然理直氣壯的好一番反駁，為什麼又要刪除更改呢？與其費那麼大勁去詆譭我的點評，倒不如實事求是去把酒店前台的服務落實到位真的比説什麼都強，希望能共勉！

L'ultima stazione di viaggio Tianwater ha scelto un hotel bellissimo e lussuoso. Anche se non c'è una casa di famiglia, la stanza dovrebbe essere molto più di 40 metri quadrati. Ci sono anche le camere matrimoniali e le camere singole 1.3 metri circa. Non c'è problema con la famiglia dei genitori per vivere in tre posti. Le strutture sono anche molto nuove e molto comode. La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria Tianwater. È una strada di cammino commerciale molto calda, e diversi famosi pasti e ristoranti sono a piedi.Il personale della reception è anche molto entusiasta. Anche se ha dormito una notte, ci sono anche sentimenti di ritorno degli ospiti, e rimarrà la prossima volta.

UUtente ospite小院環境優雅，房間非常乾淨，雖不豪華但有回家的感覺；窗外是碧綠的青山，看着賞心悦目；三樓還有晾曬衣服的地方，非常方便；車停小院裏很安全；本人特招蚊子，我們來的時候雖然是夏天，周圍鬱鬱葱葱的但卻沒有蚊子，這點特別驚喜；老闆一家很熱情，小院因為是在大景區裏面，來時老闆親自到大景區門口接，進景區參觀時老闆的媽媽又親自送到核心景區（沒有他們送遊客不能開車進去）；一日三餐可以在他們家吃，飯菜可口且不貴。總之，是一次非常好的住宿體驗，非常推薦。很棒👍👍

PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other.
Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station.
But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis.
Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

FFashion_PotatoI had the best experience at this hotel. They went above and beyond everywhere! It's absolutely gorgeous, very clean, good room setup and incredible staff. I'd give them a 10/5 if I could. As it is, I'll definitely stay here again. They're very close to a bus stop (the best way to get around Tianshui) and the light rail. The river park is right across the street, and it's absolutely lovely. The breakfast was very good with Chinese and western options, and they even serve local options, which was exciting.

Ddaianping016478La camera è pulita e ordinata, il cibo è delizioso e conveniente, l'host è ospitale e fornisce il servizio di ritiro e riconsegna. È altamente raccomandato. Il B&B si trova nell'area panoramica delle Grotte di Maijishan. Quando si viaggia in auto, è possibile entrare nel cortile della famiglia Wang all'ingresso dell'area panoramica e parcheggiare nel cortile della famiglia Wang, il che è molto comodo.

UUtente ospite來天水出差旅遊，第一次住首旅如家旗下的酒店，房間設施很簡約，很新，住起來體驗感很不錯，前台小姐姐也是非常熱情，幫忙寄存行李，還延遲了一會退房，第二天本來要參觀麥積山，前台小姐姐説：下大雪，可能園區會關閉，建議我們打電話到景區。電話打過去果然是關閉了，省得白跑一趟。
總的來説這個酒店在天水算是比較好的，居住體驗也很不錯，雙床裏面安靜，大床也不吵。
天水的景點：市區玉泉觀、天水古城（有翻新痕跡）、李廣墓、伏羲廟、麥積山。

UUtente ospite天水之行選擇麥積大酒店給我們留下了極其深刻的印象，因為我們服用中葯需要冷藏，在訂單前加了酒店微信對我們提的問題店方一一作了答覆，我們也看了住客點評，好評與差評懸殊，住店後我們也會客觀的評述。1、酒店位置極佳，在火車站出口右邊，旁邊有牛肉麪店和小超市，到麥積山石窟的34路就在酒店前方，打車也十分方便。 2、房間很大，裝修很好，冷熱水充沛，衞生乾淨，住着很舒適，外出時看見服務員在隔壁拖地打掃衞生，看到有個點評描述很臟，我覺得點評應該客觀，不要夾雜個人利益，酒店回覆的很好。3、前台服務態度很好，服務員王玲玲給我們旅遊提了很好的建議，工作很細心，尤其服務員小辛每天幫我們取中葯送到房間在拿去冷藏，謝謝！看電視遇到的問題實際上是現在電視設計問題，我們年紀大了遙控器開機總是收費頁面，反映後一個師傅進門很仔細的操作指導我們，看來有問題及時反映多溝通，還需要互相理解吧。 4、因為不是節假日，酒店的價格性價比很高，天水消費很親民，5元起步價的出租車在全國大概也是極少的，酒店雖然在火車站邊，睡覺很舒服安穩。祝酒店生意興隆，祝天水發展日新月異。

UUtente anonimoLeggi molte recensioni su questo hotel prima di prenotarlo per una notte. Lo darò ancora una recensione 5-star perché è così conveniente per viaggiatori indipendenti come noi. La stazione ferroviaria e la stazione/stazioni degli autobus pubblici locali sono a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel.Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, la doccia bagno ha un forte flusso d'acqua. E'vicina anche ai famosi piatti di Malatang, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi.
Le camere non sono probanti e possiamo sentire parlare gli ospiti della porta successiva. Poiché era già mezzanotte 12.30, non potevamo dormire a causa della conversazione ininterrotta nella camera successiva, abbiamo deciso di chiedere aiuto dal personale di contatto per darci una stanza tranquilla. Era così gentile e ci trasferiva in un'altra stanza, nella stessa stanza, a metà della notte.

缺點:1.去景區的路是單行道，回來得從河對岸繞回來，目前對岸在修路，可以抄近路從河道上的臨時路開回來.打個車或者坐公交車去景區大門，而且也衹有這個選擇，因為開車去景區的停車場也不對私家車開放。2.三人間沒有衞生間，衹能用公共衞生間和淋浴（兩人間有衞生間，是否有淋雨不確定）.3.沒有空調，但是即便是8月10號左右，晚上也非常涼快，衹有17度，還要蓋被子。4.酒店掛的牌子是雕塑博物館，一開始以為走錯地方了。
