Ho chiamato la stanza degli ospiti per riaverlo. Ho fatto tre chiamate più e più volte. Ho aspettato più di un'ora per lavarmi la faccia e sentire il mio corpo durante la notte. Quella notte ho detto che non riuscivo a trovarlo, quindi ho comprato un detergente viso economico da 711 e l'ho portato qui. Ho aspettato fino alle dieci di sera passate e un impiegato maschio me lo ha consegnato, sapendo che ero una cliente donna. In origine, se fosse stato imballato e smarrito accidentalmente, sarebbe in qualche modo comprensibile. La lentezza dell'elaborazione è dovuta alla scarsa capacità lavorativa. The hotel is very beautiful and spacious. The room with the view at the lake is a perfect choice. The room was clean, big and very nice to rest in. Recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The services are excellent, and the response time is prompt. The food is delightful, and the swimming pool is warm and immaculate. The room in which we stayed is spacious and cozy; however, there are some considerations regarding the temperature in the lobby and restaurants. It is rather chilly inside, and given this season, it would be more pleasant to enjoy the fine meals in a warm and comfortable environment. Nevertheless, it is an outstanding hotel, and I will certainly recommend it.
