Ace Esports Hotel (Italian Style District Branch)

I understand the hotel is new and might be facing lot of challenges. So I will try to give this opinion as advices from someone who has been in hundreds of hotels: - Location of the hotel is nice, starting a Tianjin trip in the italian neighborhood is a great way to do it. - I highly recommend it to groups of friends that want to play videogames together after a day in the city. The experience we had: - We arrived later than 3 PM and the room was still not ready. - You have to contract more cleaning staff, the telephone had DUST on it and all the corners and furniture also, take off the decoration bears if you are not going to clean them. I do not recommend this hotel for allergic persons, the mix of dust and cigarrete smoke is really bad. - There were dirty clothes of the last couple who was on the room. - Make a check list of things you have to give to the guests, we have to request for sleepers, then our sleep clothes and then for shower gel in the bathroom. - The recepcionist should be trained to receive foreigners and have at least a minimum english kwnowledge, when I passed to them my passport (which is a pretty standard document across countries) they said "we can't understand it" in chinese. - Four times in 3 days we called to reception and no one reply so we had to went there but no one was on the reception. - Do not put smoking rooms together with non-smoking rooms (this might not be an hotel problem, the chinese citizens tend to smoke everywhere, even in front of dont smoke signs). - Put hangers on the bathrooms. - You can do better with the reception decoration, the font you chose for the ACE ESPORTS sign is not related to the style of games or digital ambient, the sign says dashion instead of fashion, buy more figures and get rid of those trees, move the ironman statue to the reception and clean the elevators! 設施：檸檬頭不出水 衞生：沒什麼問題 環境：有窗户但是衹能看到一棟廢棄大樓 服務：服務説實話很一般，我們都已經住下了剛準備洗澡發現沒有水，前台上來也解決不了於是幫我們換了房間，因為女朋友剛準備洗澡穿得睡衣換房間拿行李啥的也不太方便，全程都是我一個人在搬行李，前台就站那看着，兩衹手都拿滿了東西掉地上也是我把東西放房間再出來自己撿起來的，差勁得很
