Additionally, a front desk gentleman promptly assisted us in contacting a hospital and arranging a taxi, willingly covering the fare upfront. Despite the inconveniences, the outstanding service from the staff, particularly Wong Jing and the front desk gentleman, ultimately made our stay a pleasant one.
