Our flight got cancelled from Toronto, the night we were suppose to stay at the Valhalla, We called the hotel at 7pm to tell them we would not be needing the room that night and the front desk clerk said we should contact trip.com because it wasn't our fault and usually the third party would refund the room. So I did exactly what she said and was told by your people not to expect a refund. So if you are asking me about your service, I probably would tell you that I would not use it in the future and would not recommend it to anyone. Phil McAllen
