One of the best I have been to. Amazing and worth every penny. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Clean, and fancy. Front desk are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. The room is a bit small but still beautiful and colorful.

First off, we booked on trip.com…. Mistake. Will never use again.
Staff were excellent and very helpful. Hotel was ok but had thin walls and was noisy. You could hear whole conversations from the people in the next room. Was expensive for what you got which was a continental breakfast. TV had few channels and there was no exercise room or pool. You could have save a bunch by staying in a cheap motel and going out for a nice breakfast.
When we booked, a pool was shown in the pictures and no where did it state that bookings were in US funds. We discovered this when we arrived at the hotel and reviewed our confirmation that was sent to us. No where on the booking site did it state that this was in US funds. Not a great deal for what we received. Stop at the many motels along the road and ask to see a room. Many have amenities that you may be surprised of. A lot to be said about sitting outside in the evenings and maybe even around a fire pit. Highly recommend doing your own research, read the reviews and book on your own.

One night stay on a Monday night. Room was nice enough, breakfast in the third floor breakfast room was good - seems to mostly the usual pre-made food but the ”quiche” and some nice sourdough bread felt a little bit nicer than at some other hotels. Location seems just okay to me - the things we wanted to do were a bit more ”downtown” but I suppose that depends on what you are doing while you are in town. Close to the airport, several restaurant options and two Metro grocery stores. Seemed like one of the better Thunder Bay options we had available given the corporate rate I got.

Visitavamo un vecchio amico che non avevamo visto in quasi 50 anni, e Thunder Bay era un soggiorno di 2 notti sul nostro viaggio a ovest. Prenotavamo il motel in anticipo per una notte inizialmente. La stanza era di buona dimensione e pulita con la maggior parte delle attrazioni. Non riuscivo a trovare un caffè e andai al divano di fronte per chiedere: il signore mi disse che non avevano i caffè in camera perché erano rubati, ma c'erano pochi a richiesta. Più tardi, mia moglie aveva bisogno di un asciugacapelli, ma non si poteva trovare nessuno, perché la maggior parte sono legati al muro ...so sono andato di nuovo al desk front. Sì, lo supponevi. Non c'è nessuno nella stanza come vengono rubati, ma alcuni erano disponibili su richiesta. Quando ci siamo incontrati per pranzo il giorno dopo, ho prenotato una seconda notte. Quando sono uscito la mattina dopo, ho notato un punto marrone sulla caviglia bianca del mio furgone. This was a fantastic location along our Circle Tour of Lake Superior. The beds were a little bit small (two doubles) so we got two rooms for our family of four, since our two teenagers are very tall, and because the price was so affordable (especially for us as Americans and with a favorable exchange rate). It was exceptionally quiet - I couldn't believe how quiet it got at night. Traffic on the highway just stops. It was a bit dated but it was very, very clean. Eli was super nice and friendly, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip through Canada.

Nice place. Friendly staff, good location easy to get to stuff, comfy beds, quiet at night, pretty clean, good wifi, roomy, newer decor. Nit-picky stuff: no breakfast, although there was coffee/tea/juice, and Tim Horton's is across the parking lot. No view. Some may say the white and gray decor (especially in the hall) is a bit industrial. Not a lot of amenities outside the room. Biggest downside is probably the price (though I am sure these things vary over time). But we did enjoy the stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful from the first phone call to find out if they had a room and they did. Lana in the restaurant was very friendly and so easy to talk to. We are so happy we ended up here for the night before going to Winnipeg. The patio area is beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

Great 1-night stay. Staff were kind and helpful. My 2 dogs (65lb German shepherd and 85lb golden retriever) were welcome with a $17.50 fee per dog which was expected because I called ahead. Staff is weary of dogs so just be mindful and respectful of that, but there were no problems. Bedding was clean and tidy, the motel is older but well kept. You’ll get a travel size bottle of shampoo/conditioner on clean towels and a new bar of soap. There wasn’t hand soap in the bathroom unfortunately. Overall we had a good night sleep during our road trip. I was pleased.

Questo hotel è così confortevole è molto pulito, molto moderno, e molto accogliente! La stanza ha come n icemaker, lavastoviglie, ferro e tavolo da letto! La cucina ha un forno, microonde, e caffè, e non dimenticare il tostapane.. Le mutandine sono favolose e il letto è super comodo! La sala da letto viene con tutta l'igiene che potresti avere bisogno di ottenere te stesso pulito e fresco. C'è un negozio di comodità all'interno dell'hotel, una palestra e un mat lavanderia. Molto bel hotel! L'ho amato!

UUtente ospiteNot the usual quality for a Wyndham hotel. Very disappointed. Building is an old motel. Entrance and reception area were redecorated quite nicely though. Room was small, shower curtain was filthy, one of the shampoo canisters in the shower stall was missing, was only given one set of towels for two people. There was something on the wall covered in a facecloth, did not dare look underneath the face cloth, peep hole in door was replaced with cardboard, carpet old and stained, dated decor, phone in room did not work, no fridge in room, no breakfast, no elevator. Restaurant in hotel was not open and desk staff was not very helpful in finding a restaurant near by. When we reserved the room we specified that we were looking for a hotel with restaurant inside the hotel they did not mention that the restaurant would be closed. Drunk young man in front foyer of hotel swearing loudly into cell phone for quite some time but hotel staff was not trying to deal with him at all. Would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
