Veda5 Ayurveda Living Village

We have spent 2 weeks on the panchakarma program. The results of the visit we can feel till today (2 weeks after coming back home). My body functions much smoother, feels lighter and at ease, according to friends and colleagues from work - skin is glowing. Mind is peaceful and relaxed, and my love, admiration for Indian knowledge, traditions and people has grown to another heights. Absolutely fantastic place. Here is why:  1) Quiet location, literally next to the sea with a spectacular sunset view.  2) Rooms very spacious and cosy.  3) Food - 3 sattvic meals + tea time - all super delicious and healthy. 4) Yoga & Meditation - 4 different sessions a day, different themes so everyone could find something for themselves.  5) Ayurvedic and naturopathy Doctors - we met 4 of them during our stay, there is almost always someone available and very helpful with all queries and doubts.  6) Treatment, massages, cleansing process - each massage was a blissful experience, done on a traditional ayurvedic wooden table and dia light. Cleansing procedures were made in a very comfortable manner (essp. if followed strictly the doctors guidance), despite some strange  stereotypes about it. It was more scary in my head than in reality.  7) Extra activities - we could not get bored. Different activities were organized eg. painting, coloring, art, games, cooking workshops, talks about ayurveda and yoga, for special celebrations surprises were prepared. Fantastic cultural delight as well.  8) Hospitality - out of this world !!! We felt like a part of the family. Wonderful, kind, wholehearted people who were making sure our stay was unbelievably comfortable and unforgettable.  Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. I felt so blessed to find you Veda5 .Being a solo female traveller i never felt so safe in my life like i did in veda 5 . Veda5 kerala The whole team is truly amazing you gave me a sense of being at Home. The beach , ayurveda treatments , yoga meditation and not to forget all the smiling staffs they were amazing ,the cooking classes doctors talk ,yoga talk and the painting sessions i just loved it. Veda5 you truley made Kerala "God's Own Country" Love you all🫶

The whole experience was amazing! We picked this one, because it is right on the beach! The sea is always very warm ) Food was amazing, great variety of vegetarian dishes ! The resort is pleasing to the eye, many beautiful flowers, bushes, there are hammocks, it is like living in a little garden )) Rooms are not very big, but have everything you need- air conditioned, rooms with shower Treatments are great, relaxing, healing. The set up of resort over all is great, beach hall- place where we meditate and do yoga is right on the beach, what a view! And during class you hear waves crashing and birds singing, there isn’t a better set up to practice yoga And the biggest and best part of the resort is its friendly, kind, loving people, who work there! The love and care they give was very healing, family like bonds were created, and the feeling was as we were kids in a parents house, where we loved, cared for and safe. Can’t stress enough how kind, open, friendly and caring everyone is, which creates environment to relax, heal and give and receive love , I think that’s very important part of experience we often don’t realize we need ))) Definitely recommend to visit

Yes.. veda5 in kerala is not about professionalism its all about love and care like family ...i had seen more 5 star facilities with full professionals but lack the warmth and love we need.. and veda5 is one of a kind where dedication and devotion is at its peak... do visit Veda5 once in your lifetime🙏🏻
