Gorgeous chalet with only 4 rooms. We had a room with a King bed & a view up the slopes. The bathroom had a heated floor, heated towel rails & the best shower ever! The lounge area was very quaint with lovely furnishings & a long table & windows everywhere capped off with an open fire. Fab was our host & she was absolutely "Fab"ulous! Full of information & just so keen to make our stay memorable. She cooked us brekky each morning. We were lucky enough to have quite heavy snow in the morning- the first for the year! Would highly recommend Pure Chalet to others.

This was like a small B&B where you had your own room and bathroom, along with 3 other rooms in the house We shared an entry with equipment and boot storage and a dining room, where complimentary breakfast was served. We only met one of the hosts, Fab, who was lovely. She served our breakfast each day (they have a 7:15 or 8:15 seating, depending what suits your schedule). Breakfast was a casual home made breakfast in front of a fireplace with a lovely outlook. Parking bays are quite tight, but everything is in Thredbo. Location is OK. It's on Alpine Way, so right at the top of Thredbo Village (where the Merritt's Gondola is) so while it is walkable to and from the village, it is pretty exhausting carrying all your gear. You can catch the village shuttle bus, but that still requires a trip up and down a number of stairs. Rooms were decent, but nothing luxurious. Their website says they underwent a recent renovation, which I assume was in the bathrooms. It felt pricy for what it was, but I guess that's Thredbo for you. Stayed August 2022.

Very comfortable and clean room with plenty of space. Large bathroom. Great breakfast. Fab was a very good host. Easy walk to everything in Thredbo

An excellent bed and breakfast stopover on our road trip with a comfortable and luxurious suite with a delicious breakfast included all with friendly hospitality. Whether you’re up to adventure or just relaxing to take in the view, this venue is worth enjoying.

It is a nice location and has fantastic hosts. We were there during the summer, so I can't speak to the winter amenities. Easy walk to local shops/restaurants.

Small chalet with pretty outlook. Extra touches (port, biscuits, good coffee machine) with attractive eating area and balcony. Games and TV. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Excellent, friendly service with delicious, extensive breakfast including home-made bread. Highly recommend.

The property has magnificent views and the chalet is well kept, warm and comforable as is the room used for eating and sitting.
Fabienne , the manager, is helpful and obliging
Access to the property is challenging with alot of stairs and this presents difficulties with luggage for older guests.

My wife and I had such a pleasant stay at this chalet in Thredbo. Julie and Grant made us feel instantly at home, recommending ski routes, bush walks, and even providing a glass of port by the fire in the evening. Our room was very cozy and just the right size for two, and the homemade breakfast was delicious and the perfect fuel for a day of skiing. We can't wait to come back!

The hosts Grant and Julie were exceptional. They were able to answer any questions, were quick to respond and fix any issues, and provided the most amazing service (the breakfast is beautiful!). I will stay here every trip to Thredbo in the future!
