I believe that I have said a lot already.It might be continuing to repeat what I have already, h said, however, I will add that such a well organized staff shows efficient, professional and knowledgeable guidance and support. Uno può guidare direttamente alla porta della stanza, ma l'unico male è che alcuni ospiti portano cani. Good location. Simple room. However mini fridge didn’t work do when I asked for one that works the young boy at the desk said no and for me to check out. Finally an hour later another employee exchanged the fridge for one that worked.

Racist and discriminatory behavior for kids! We came new to California from other state and trusted this place to start our new life in California but we repented badly!! The assistant general manager Michelle has mental issue and is a racist and discriminated person! We booked this place for 3 months while we wait for closing our house. We are educated and good people who don’t drink alcohol, drugs or anything!! Just that we have kids and they had to spent whole time in studio room, so they used to play games during the day calmly so they don’t disturb anyone. Out of nowhere, She made us leave calling us bad and complaining about our race culture, race and kids been loud!! She could have warned us before right about the noise? But nope!!!! She had no compassion for my kids!! Other allegation/made false story that we “add pressure” to her damn staff! If shower or stove stops working, isn’t that hotel responsible to fix that? Is that adding pressure?? After convincing and pleading for giving us 24 hours notice. She moved us to corner dirty uncleaned unit and we quietly accepted it. We didn’t want to move again and convinced her to let us stay in the same room without expecting anything since this place was close to my kids school and office and we were all settled and didn’t wanna keep changing places due to covid but she had no compassion and kicked us out talking bad about our race and kids! That was the last straw! And we just left from this dictatorship place forever! Management if you reading this!! She has made this place a rotten place!!! There is only one rule! “Michelle rule”like a dictatorship. After throwing us out, we had to live unsecured places and my kids were heart broken for people treating us so bad for their race!!! And for kids being a kid!!! But finally we closed on our house and in peace now!!! But m sure michelle your karma will bite you some day! Seek some help! And stop harassing poor guest with children and cursing on other’s race!! and have some compassion!! If you are colored skin! Be very careful here!!!

Dopo aver chiamato quattro o cinque volte, trovato persone diverse, tutti hanno detto che immediatamente chiese la sanità, e alla fine non c'era nessuna sanità.Non c'era nessuna disturbo.La stanza non aveva acqua di scarico contenente la sostanza. Non ho chiesto una bottiglia di acqua al receptionist. Poi ho scoperto che l'hotel ha versato 3.5 supplementare in deposito.Non parlare 😓

Il Residence Inn di Westlake Village è un hotel molto bello, dopo la completa ristrutturazione, le camere sono ben progettate e tutti i pavimenti, la pittura, i mobili e le attrezzature sono stati completamente riparati e sono nuovi! Il personale è amichevole e attento e vi è un sacco di parcheggio intorno all'appartamento. Abbiamo avuto un problema minore e Bailey e Huerta, il GM, non solo erano professionali e cortesi, ma piuttosto graziosi a risolvere il problema e a trovare una soluzione appropriata. La piscina, il centro di allenamento e tutte le altre strutture, compreso il buffet del colazione mattina sono tutti un plus. Convenientemente situato fuori dalla 101 frigid e vicino a numerosi negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni locali. Checking in the hotel was a breeze. Rudy was very helpful and provided all the information needed for my overnight stay at the hotel. The king suite room was clean and had all basic amenities. I was given free bottled water for being a member of Hilton. Breakfast was great! The best thing was that Trader Joe’s was literally just steps away! I would stay at this hotel again.

I booked this hotel based upon three facts. I am an IHG Rewards Member. I trust the ”Holiday Inn' brand, and it was in close proximity to a few places my dad and I wanted to visit on a long planned father/son trip. I immediately knew I had made a mistake when we arrived and the entrance door to the room was on the outside of the building, not the inside. It looked more like a ”rent by the hour” type motel. There was nearly a one inch gap between the bottom of the entrance doorway and the floor. The furniture inside the room was worn and dated. The mattresses weren't ”Holiday Inn” quality. Housekeeping showed up after 6:30 one evening and copped and attitude when we told them all we needed were towels and wash cloths as we were checking out the next morning. The only reason this review gets two stars as opposed to one is the breakfast service. The lady who worked the dining room did an OUTSTANDING job. I'm sure whatever she is being paid, it isn't enough. I wouldn't complain if it weren't for the price we were charged for the room. Perhaps they were taking advantage of a couple of guys from out of town, I don't know. Regardless, they charged WAY too much for what we received! If I am ever in Simi Valley again and I will certainly seek out another option!
