My partner and I were booked into a luxury room. Everything was working very well, except the aircon for which we believe that it was overpowered by the heat. In overall, everything was satisfying, I also loved the lady who welcomed us at the reception and the kitchen crew

Cloud clean the pools better. Staff members were excellent, they did everything to ensure we were comfortable.

I actually don’t know how to rate this property because though a beautiful place with a decent landscaping and affordable. The day shift staff was unkind unlike the evening shift staff which received us. We were rushed to leave the rooms, threatened to be charged extra, yet it was not even 10:10. We were at gate by 10:20 leaving. If our room was closed and it seemed we were sleeping, I would somehow justify the panic. But it was evident we were checking out but I guess too slow for supervisor and her staff. However the main reason I am rating this property low despite its general cleanliness is the fact that they made us sleep in dirty linen. They clearly do not appreciate the hygienic effect of sleeping in a stranger’s sweat. The sheets were visibly dirty, we slept on top of the duvet, fortunately the weather was conducive not to cover ourselves. If they can rectify these two issues, the property’s location can be overlooked cos that 5km gravel is long and unexpected. Maybe it needs to be mentioned on their page.

The place is very noisy, it's like beer hall. The worst part is that they make noise in the middle of the night. At twelve midnight, there are drunkards playing music just next to your door step Until 4am. If you are planning to relax and enjoy your sleep then that's not a place to go

- By far the number one reason we will never use the place is the location. There is a long stretch of hard gravel road before you get to the place that we are not q as warned about. If you do not have an SUV, you find yourself unable to go and come as you please because the road is just too harsh for a normal car. The network is just horrible, while they provide wif, it is far slower than 3g. Vodacom, MTN and Telkom were useless The pool area is spoilt by loud music all day. We could not swim. There is pretty much nothing else to do. We found ourselves unable to drive in and out as we please because we wanted to limit the cars exposure to the bad road. Staff definitely needs some hospitality training - The place is fair for the price There is a generator for loadshedding and solar gysers. There are a couple of spood for the swimmers. The unit we booked had a garage, it was good not leaving the car in the harsh sun
