Excellent hospitality at its best. Spend 2 nights at keys trivandrum. Rooms are good and clean. Great breakfast. Service of the staff is icing on the top. Location is added advantage. All the local markets and padmanabha temple is within 5 km radius. Will recommend sure

Cleanliness, air conditioning and room service are world class.. food is awesome and authentic.. there is nothing more wholesome and peaceful lunch other than Onam Sadhya.. Sadhya + Onam + Kerala is like a perfect Nakshatra.. thanks for personally serving the wonderful Sadhya Chef Nikhil..

"We had an amazing stay at Keys Select Hotel over the long weekend! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the food specially aloo paratha and took full advantage of it during our stay. The location was also perfect for exploring. Thank you to the entire team for making our weekend so relaxing and enjoyable. We'll be back!" They are really following "Athithi Devo Bhava" to the true extent.

We went to Keys for Onam Sadhya, and they offered an exceptional dining experience. The food was authentic and delicious. The customer service was excellent—friendly, efficient, and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the food was served quickly, making the entire experience very satisfying. Being from the hotel industry, I was pleasantly surprised that the food was served not only by their dining team but also by their HR Manager Senthil, Chef Nikhil, Food & Beverage Manager Jithin, their maintenance manager, and housekeeping staffs. Such a rare thing to see. Amazing teamwork, guys! The food is a must-try. I would give them more than 5 stars!

I have stay one night in keys hotels Trivandrum,it was very comfortable stay,when i was before checking day I got some accident in my hand.Mr.Titabe daime was very helpful. he taken to hospital he help me to my treatment. All the staff are very polite and helpful.thank you all.special to Titabe. Will visit again.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights. Room was a big hall with 2 plus 1 seater sofa. Neat and clean, however, it needs restoration at some places. 2 water bottles an tea making accessories were there. Tv was there but no one helped me to operate despite requests with the fron desk. Used it's wifi. Breakfast spread was nice and enough and service there was quick. Room service needs a little improvement. overall peaceful stay there, no regrets.

It was a great experience with Keys during our stay. Minimum distance from Central Railway station. Rooms are super comfortable. The keys Trivandrum have been built keeping high quality standards in mind. Had dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I would like to specially mention two of their front office staff Ms. Chelsa and Megha for their exceptional service and Hospitality.
