1. No light at the mirror in the Bathroom making it difficult to shave. And the staff were uncooperative when pointed out. 2. No bill as well as receipt we given when checked out 3. No room boy was available to get a cup of Tea, Newspaper. 4. Room is small and is priced on the higher side.

Could be better location. Temple West entrance is just 5 min walk Hotel Annapoorna, Udupi hotel and other hotels are nearby. We are a family travelling with kids, rooms were spacious and linen were in excellent condition. Toilet are little old could have been better.

Having bad smell in room. Toilet is not clean and having some kind of water leakage. Location wise good. It’s close to the temple. They have 4-5 car parking spot on location, another option to park your car is pay and park. Some food restaurant near by

The stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room's are cleans with required facilities. Hotel is just walkable distance to the temple and restaurants; safe to walk early morning to temple. Recommended to stay.........

Location is its best point and the hotel accommodates flexible check in and check out depending on the foot falls. Staffs are responsive and it is a decent stay. Since we visit TVM especially for Dharshan of Padhmanabha swamy, this is one of the best places to stay. For early morning Dharshan which starts at 3.30am, it certainly helps to be just a two min walk away from the entrance. And it also has so many famous eateries just a few mins walk away.

Only reception area is well maintained to attract customers otherwise I only have negative experience: photos attached. . 1. Rooms are small, not clean and there is dampness everywhere 2. Curtains are not cleaned for ages. 3. Television not working. 4. Phones/intercom not working. 5. I had called the owner on phone, he kept me waiting for 10 mins and didn't bother call back. 6. Nepali room attendants are not well trained to attend guests 7. Paid 1500 for non AC room which is expensive for this standard.

The hotel is located in a cluster of residential area with only one very narrow approach for in and out. Hotel is not maintained properly, bed sheets were not clean, bathroom taps were leaking etc. I would not suggest for any family.

Food was not at all available and amenities, services provided was horrible. Water, door. At, towel and security was not at all available inspite of repeated reminders. Moreover during our stay of two nights none of the complaints was attended. Behavior of hotel staff needs improvement.
