It was my father' 70 th birthday,i asked Mr.Srishant from the hotel to arrange a cake for my father ,he not only arranged a cake but decorated the room beautifully that my parents were teary eyed ,i have no words to thank him for this kind gesture....i will always remember Hyacint for the extra efforts made to make clients happy.. let me take this oppurtunity to thank Mr.Srishant for his very patient dealing with people .Thank you...

Super expensive for the service and cleanliness. The bathrooms smell and the breakfast is a joke. We went a little late and everything was almost over and cold. Prices are sky high. 700 odd for a breakfast where they serve instant coffee. Live counter dosa is cold and rubbery. I would not recommend the place for the price. The bathroom smelt like a urinal. When you charge your 10k per room we expect the same cleanliness and service.

We had a wonderful time at the Hycinth. It does what it is told and delivers on almost every count. Although we were there only for a night, I would definitely come back again for a longer stay. Rooms are nice and equipped + Location is central + Food quality is good

Stayed two days for business purposes. The location of this hotel is very apt for business needs. Rooms are well sanitized, neat and perfectly clean. Services also good, there is no delay in check-in and check-out. Comfortable with the stay.

The pillows were really fluffy and the room was clean and comfortable. Good was delicious. Service was excellent..staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel looked really beautiful and big. Even though the pool was closed which was unfortunate. I love the environment overall.

Hotel Hycinth is strategically located fairly close to Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway station and at an easily reachable distance from most of the tourist attractions like zoo, museums, heritage buildings and the world’s richest Hindu temple, Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Apart from the above, most of the state Government Offices are situated in the vicinity. During my one week stay at Hycinth, I had found that the entire staff, right from the security, reception, room service and the restaurant were very friendly and convivial. Not to forget our event coordinator, Mr. Jaganath, who had gone an extra mile in showing and explaining all the amenities and services available for the guests during their stay in that well designed, contentedly serviced peaceful ambience of the property. Though the place is surrounded by a thick jungle of concrete, the reasonable stretch of greenery within the compound, is an added attraction to those who love nature. On all the seven days, I could experience and savour the delicious and healthy food provided at the Jade restaurant on the ground floor. The buffet menu was so vast that an average person will find it tough to even sample all the items in one go. The ever-pleasing staff members in the restaurant were more than willing to help us with freshly prepared choice food apart from the numerous items available at the counter. It was a treat that will warm the cockles of both, food lovers and healthy eaters. The highlight of Hycinth on weekend was the live music while enjoying the favourite food ***** with your loved ones, in the highly spirited and dynamic ambience of Jade Restaurant I ***** with my wife enjoyed and relished every moment spent in Hycinth and those memories will be cherished for ever.
