Ambara Suites

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

saying 400 sqft room n king size bed and 4 star hotel. actually room is less 400 sfqt. n quen size bed given and it's not 3 star also. breakfast u won't get anything. very bad food. with any option. pls don't spoil our holiday like that. u people got the money. poor food .

it's 1 night stay. The room is very comfortable and neat. Our check-in was not pleasant. Because of the Ponggal Festival, all our plans were cancelled for the day, and it affected our entire holiday plans. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
