I’am a complete newcomer to Ayurveda retreats and was a bit nervous but very excited about what to expect. However, I was greeted very friendly at reception and felt welcomed straight away! What I like most are the immensely friendly, kind and also funny people everywhere in the hotel. The rooms are well equipped and spotless with beautiful sea views. the food is delicious and tasty and the restaurant is overlooking the sea too. The treatments are professionally done and you feel relaxed and really well cared for. I felt wonderful and I thank everyone for this for me unique experience

The resort is so beautiful. Very nice bright rooms. guests are treated like royalty. We felt very comfortable. Exceptionally friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Food was excellent, Ayurvedatreatments professional and soothing. We will be back. Thanks to the whole staff

Rockholm was a fantastic experience in every way. Sea Views were great, the massages excellent, the staff attentive and the food - Outstanding. Never knew there were so many veg recipes, all delicious. It was an onam sadya of different dishes every meal. A feast for body, mind and soul.

A True Gem in Kerala – Unforgettable Stay at Rockholm Rockholm Hotel is simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and care that define this place. Sustainability is at its core—no plastic, filtered water, and natural, refillable shower products. The rooms are bright and luxurious, with high-quality linen and a serene atmosphere. The staff is outstanding, and it’s clear they are treated with respect and fairness, creating a genuinely happy and welcoming environment. Special thanks to Viji at the reception, whose kindness made my stay even more special and she went out of her way to help me. The Ayurvedic treatments are world-class—I had two-hour sessions daily, and the quality, technique, and care were second to none. Even in a short stay, I benefited from a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor and gained valuable health insights. Thanki in the Ayurvedic center care of me with true love and attention. The food is delicious, prepared by local chefs following Ayurvedic principles, and the secluded beach is the best in the area. I will never stay anywhere else in South Kerala—Rockholm is a rare gem, and I can’t wait to return for a longer retreat. Highly recommended! A 5-star experience!

My stay at Rockholm was truly rejuvenating. The serene oceanfront setting, warm hospitality, and excellent Ayurvedic treatments made it a memorable experience. The doctors and therapists were highly skilled, ensuring personalized care. The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious, complementing the wellness journey. The best place would love to recommend each and every person to go get the best experience. It’s an investment guys. We will be back every year if I can . The best food, staff accommodation. The Dra and the treatments is the best it will be unfair to all the staff if we say one person is better than the other This was my first time and the best , best service we received.
