The property is closed during the night, and guests may have to wait for up to an hour to reach the reception. Unfortunately, there was no response when attempting to contact the staff by phone. Additionally, the rooms have not been cleaned, there are no bed sheets provided, and no packaged drinking water is available. Non co-operative stffs

Unclean rooms with high rent. Unclean toilets. Dont select saras park to stay. Very low standard rooms with very high rent

washroom was very dirty, floor of wash was like spitting of paan. bucket was very dirty. lizard 🦎was in the washroom. I will not suggest you to take this.

The manager was very rude when we asked if there was ac and started arguing, there is no way to call the property as i lost my watch there and cant recover it, we did not use the stay due to this behaviour and we dis not get any refund

They won’t provide any toiletries though room rents are of A grade hotels.Charging sockets were defective in the room. Considering the room quality even AC rooms are worth below

Worst stay i ever had, no clean, no water. Nothing is there inside the room except a non usable cig-ash trey. I won’t recommend this to family’s and couples as well.

Proper budget stay. No food on campus, but there's a gem of a restaurant nearby, named murali hotel that caters local cuisine. Helpful staff

For the budget it's decent, could be a little more clean. Location is very good, close to everything. There are no amenities including blankets.
