Hyatt Regency Trivandrum

Many thanks for a lovely stay. Everything was nice.A beautiful city of Trivandrum with its interesting sea views and a very welcoming atmosphere in the Hyatt Regency Trivandrum have put a good impression on me. Hoping to see you again soon.

Stayed for a week 2-9 Nov 2024. Excellent service in the Malabar Cafe and of course Special mention to Stephin and Jamir from the Malabar Cafe. The Oriental Kitchen Soft shelled crabs were crap and food was not tasty. The music fat too loud. we asked staff to reduce volume and were told that the vibe was that of a gastro pub and that they would not. We could not chat with the couple who joined us ???? Hotel Reservations were Ok and tried to accomodate as much as possible . the hotel was new and clean. The rooms could do with more drawers for storage. Breakfast was good at the Malabar Cafe and the spread for dinner was also wide ranging.

Excellent hotel with perfect location in the middle of Trivandrum city. The staff are really friendly and supportive. Especially the reception staff they are outstanding. Everytime they remember my face and ur really surprises me. It shows their dedication to the service for the guest.

Billing is the only concern I had, please reconcile what you consume before you checkout else you get calls from hotels which consumes lot of your time outside stay. Also take a proof of credit limit release (which would have been taken as security deposit at Checkin). Even after 5 days of checkout the limit is not released for me.

We recently had a long stay at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—many major attractions are within a 10-minute drive, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, offering a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The food at Malabar Cafe, especially the daily breakfast, was incredible. The variety and quality of dishes were impressive, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. We also had a wonderful experience at the Regency Lounge, where the service and refreshments added a special touch to our stay. The staff played a huge role in making our experience so memorable. We were particularly touched by how Maria and Gowri from front desk office connected with our 10-year-old son, who is usually quite shy and reserved. By the end of our stay, he was happily chatting with them even when we weren’t around. Seeing him open up like that was a delightful and heartwarming experience for us, and their thoughtfulness made a lasting impression on us. We encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, but thanks to Mr. Pramod (restaurant manager), these were resolved promptly and professionally, ensuring that our overall experience remained exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Trivandrum to anyone visiting the area. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, great food, and exceptional service. We can’t wait to visit again!

Nice experience, the property deserves 100 out of 100 for the cleanliness. Staffs are very polite and attentive #From reception Mr.Abheejit is nice guy also from service miss Isita taken special care of us, House keeping team done a great job , will recommend to all who are planning for a holiday in Trivandrum please stay in Hyatt regency Trivandrum.It will be value for money Visit.
