"Spent 2 nights and never again. Room was tiny and so hot even with the window open and fan on all day and night. It was only 18 degrees so heaven knows what it would be like in a heatwave. Mu husband could barely get in the bed from his side as it was so cramped space. The table was so full of stuff there was no where to put our things. We asked for a quiet room as I am unwell and it was quiet but up 3 flights of stairs which isn't great for myself or my 76 year old husband. The bathroom was large with nice toiletries but after showering was like a sauna as no extraction system . The outlook was unbelievable. A broken fence and rubbish on someones roof. The receptionist was very unhelpful. Would not recommend or return."

"Stavo per una notte con il mio partner nella suite Mowbray. L'alloggio era così grande per chiunque con difficoltà a camminare, e grande accesso alla piscina. Mowbray era spazioso, caldo e decorato in modo bellissimo. La mattina dopo, io e il mio partner siamo entrati nel tubo caldo, che era molto bello sederci e guardare intorno al suolo, dove potevamo vedere il pascolo del deer che sembrava una vera esperienza magica, e abbiamo anche fatto una passeggiata intorno al suolo che era stupenda. Non abbiamo visto alcun personale, ma le informazioni di ore sono state inviate tramite un testo che era davvero utile e ci è stato davvero piacere non dover “controllare” all’ufficio. Raccomandere ai coppie, alle famiglie o ai viaggiatori soli, perché è così tranquillo e rilassante con molte cose da fare in zona"

"We stayed here for one night in early August, and the place is out of the way, potentially very peaceful which was the reason we booked. Unfortunately the day we stayed a large (10-15) all male Asian group we’re staying, playing load drums and cultural music pretty much throughout our stay ( past 10 pm music and loud voices) . We’d booked on the previous reviews of amazing views, and tranquility, plus the website states no large , single sex groups. The views are amazing, the place is out of the way and rustic, just a shame the owner didn’t stick to the stated rules"
