Ho letto molte recensioni a 5 stelle su questo hotel, sfortunatamente non sapevo che queste recensioni fossero avvenute quando era di proprietà della famiglia prima di essere venduto a "una preoccupazione". Abbiamo prenotato una settimana e abbiamo potuto utilizzare la piscina privata solo per 2 giorni COMPLETI. Ci siamo svegliati con la piscina mezza vuota due mattine. Dopo aver avvisato l'hotel hanno inviato un membro del personale a riempirlo con un tubo! Ci è voluto tutto il giorno per riempirlo. In un altro paio di occasioni non c'era abbastanza acqua nella piscina perché il troppopieno funzionasse correttamente. Questo posto ha un'ottima posizione ma è così agitato attorno ai bordi. Non è mantenuto correttamente. Mancano le maniglie delle porte, il controllo del bagno turco appeso al muro, la malta mancante sulle piastrelle sul pavimento, i getti d'acqua sporchi e usurati sulla vasca idromassaggio, il servizio in camera incostante, macchie nella piscina, potrei continuare. Il campo da tennis è sporco e pieno di erbacce. Molto deludente e non vale i soldi!

Soggiornare in questo hotel è stato un vero lusso. Le camere erano spaziose e arredate con eleganza. Il personale ha fornito un servizio eccezionale, sempre con un sorriso e pronto ad aiutare. La pulizia è stata mantenuta ai più alti standard. Il bellissimo arredamento ha aggiunto un tocco speciale al nostro soggiorno. Altamente raccomandato!

Ho soggiornato di recente in questo hotel e sono rimasto davvero colpito. Il personale era incredibilmente attento e ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse confortevole. La camera era immacolata e le dotazioni erano di prim'ordine. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la colazione gratuita, che offriva un'ampia varietà di deliziose opzioni. Torneró sicuramente!

Restia Suites è l'emblema del relax. L'atmosfera serena, unita ai lussuosi trattamenti termali, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno rigenerante. La pulizia e la manutenzione erano impeccabili. La spaziosa suite e le splendide viste hanno aggiunto al senso generale di tranquillità.

Consiglio vivamente questo soggiorno. È un resort così bello che si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia. Il personale è davvero cordiale. Ha una deliziosa selezione di piatti gustosi e ogni mattina/sera c'era musica rilassante dal vivo. Spero di tornarci se dovessi tornare.

This accommodation is a complete disappointment and does not meet the stated standards. This hotel can easily claim 2 stars maximum, but not 5 stars. The only thanks to the administrator for a fairly detailed tour in Dutch around the hotel grounds and accompanying us with our luggage to the room, but this is where the positive impression ends. For your information, five-star hotels always offer guests a compliment from the hotel and this is not water. Moreover, I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was completely ruined, and the hotel did not even offer a greeting card. The room is absolutely outdated and tired. Cosmetic repairs and redesign are urgently needed. There are no glasses for drinks, only small glasses of ~70 ml. The floor under the sofa is completely ruined, since the sofa is right next to the window and they repeatedly tried to move it. It is impossible to watch TV on the sofa, as it is not comfortable and can only fit one person. Only a sheet as a blanket, you will not find a warm blanket. A stupid huge bathroom: there is a lime scale on the walls and floor, the fittings are not fixed to the walls. Blistering plaster on the walls all over the bathroom. Water leaking out of the tap in all directions. A sink full of water and clogged pipes because the water wasn't draining. The list goes on and on! An unpleasant stinking smell in the shower, and in the toilet there is terrible toilet paper, like sandpaper. The jacuzzi hummed loudly, trying to create bubbles that were not there, but there was only a strange vibration. All the "metal" elements are rusty and filmed. Breakfast: a complete disappointment. You have to pay extra for eggs. All the food is terribly salty, except for yogurt. The coffee was cold every time. There is no variety in the cuisine. Some workers from the kitchen were constantly leaving and walking around between the guests, adding to the food. The waiters are not trained to communicate with visitors. The pool: entering it by the steps is a real challenge. All the steps are in some kind of stones, which are painful to step on. The stairs are not fixed, entering the water is not safe. There are few places by the pool. The sun loungers are not clean, the tables are not cleared, bottles and glasses are always left behind by previous visitors. The sun loungers by the sea are completely forgotten by everyone. It is impossible to talk about their cleanliness. There were 6 umbrellas and 11 sun loungers for the entire hotel. They are all terribly dirty. The passage to the sun loungers is dirty, the beach and the area around the hotel are not cleaned. Horrible! The worst place we have visited on the entire island. You simply have no right to declare yourself as a premium class hotel and some kind of star rating. Shame! Clean up!

We stayed in the private pool suite and it was amazing! One of the best hotels we've been to. Loved the private pool so much. They gave us a bottle of complimentary wine on our arrival day and the cleaners were so attentive everyday. There is a jacuzzi style bathtub and even the shower can become a steam room! The breakfast was great with fresh fruit selections, tasty yoghurt and even olive oil. We had dinner there the first night and the food was absolutely stunning. All of the staff were friendly and eager to strike up conversation and offer their advice on things to do. We will definitely be returning and cannot wait for our next stay.

This was our second visit to this beautiful place Very friendly staff who are very attentive and welcoming. Thank you Dora, Theo, Joanna, Jacob and obviously Anna and Christos the manager who are both so thoughtful and generous! Delicious food, great eating area and we loved the room with views of the pool and sea. Relaxed, walked along the beach , cocktails and taxi ride to Kassiopi. Would we go go back ? Most definitely! Just what we wanted. Thank you
