Great central location. Very courteous staff everywhere, at welcome and in the restaurant. The lobby strikes for traditional elegance as does the hallway to first floor rooms. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. Bedroom not huge but with great comfortable twin beds. Elegant bathroom with large shower. The living room overlooks the central clock tower with window mosquito nets which are a bit old and not a great sight. Good restaurant for lunch, while I was surprised at the lack of eggs (other than boiled) at breakfast just because there are otherwise most other components of a full British/American. All in all I strongly recommend.

Great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Food was good. Sia, one of the food associate during dinner was particularly helpful. Hot and sour soup was fantastic. I was sweating my head off literally!! Loved it and I am not a spicy person. Spa was great with steam and sauna. Felt so much better after arriving. Location is fantastic in the middle of the city. Large room. WiFi was down on the last day. Nice bath tub. Weather was great! Good food with great service even during breakfast.

Very good location, easy to walk anywhere in town. I stay there 3 nights, one on the day I arrive and another 2 nights before I leave. I've been in Bhutan for over a week (down to the south of the country) and most of the meals I had there are not kind of spicy as I would like to. So, when I stayed there on the last night before leaving Bhutan, I asked for a beef plate but spicy (which was not on the menu) and they offered me a very tasty and spicy beef curry. That's one of the very impressive moments staying there.

Beautiful hotel, staff attentive to every need and always respectful of the guests. The hotel is designed in traditional Bhutanese tradition reflective of the country. Highly recommend this hotel for pleasure or business. With good fortune I'll be back.

Its a nicely located hotel and with a very courteous staff. The food was good. The hotel and its rooms are exactly as shown in the picture. It has a nice shopping street outside.you have a good valley view from the restaurant but not the rooms. The bar area was the best

My stay at Druk Hotel in Thimphu was amazing! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions. The rooms have a charming, rustic feel, adding to the unique Bhutanese experience. While I did encounter a small issue with the internet, the staff went above and beyond by offering their own phone hotspot so I could check my emails – truly exceptional service! Dinner at the hotel's "07th Restaurant" was a highlight, with delicious, authentic Bhutanese cuisine that I absolutely loved. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, combining excellent service, great food, and a memorable atmosphere. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Thimphu!

The hotel itself is very nice with helpful staff and good food. Unfortunately my room overlooked the square which is the gathering place for the town’s youth when everything else shuts which means shouting and fireworks until gone 3am. Sleeping is not easy. Shame as in all other ways it’s nice but I’d recommend staying elsewhere if you want to sleep

Location - fantastic. Heart of Thimphu Check in - wonderful experience. Cheerfully received by their ever smiling friendly staff with a hot apple cinnamon welcome drink Room - great room. Vintage Bhutan look with all modern facilities Food - Amazing food. Extremely helpful restaurant staff. They go out of the way to make you at home Check out - hassle free Overall - Look no further.
