I recently stayed at the Sun Beach Hotel in Agia Triada with my husband and our 5-year-old daughter, and our experience was quite mixed. Rooms and Amenities: The hotel is housed in an old building, and it shows in the condition of the rooms and furniture. The room we stayed in had outdated and worn-out furniture, including a very old and dusty carpet. The curtains were also dusty, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The balcony was concerning as the fence moved with every touch, making it feel unsafe. There was no kettle in the room, which I found to be an inconvenience. A small fridge was provided in the room, tucked inside a piece of furniture. While it was handy to have, the fridge was quite noisy, and the constant hum made it difficult to sleep properly. One particularly unsettling aspect of our room was the door in the middle that connected to the adjacent room. It seemed to offer little soundproofing, as we could clearly hear the conversations of the people next door. This was especially unnerving at night, and it made us feel less secure and disturbed our sleep. The beds were okay, with one separate bed and two twin beds, and the mattresses were decent. However, the central air conditioning system was not functioning properly, causing issues in the hallway and at the reception area. Key Card and Door Issues: When we arrived, the key card for our room didn’t work, so we were given a regular key instead. Unfortunately, the door was extremely difficult to open, even showing marks from previous struggles to push it open. This added unnecessary frustration to our stay and made entering our room a hassle. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The hotel operates a policy of changing towels only upon request, which is environmentally friendly and reduces excessive detergent use, so I appreciated that aspect. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The pool was overcrowded, and it was clear that hygiene standards were not being enforced. I observed people with visible fungal infections on their nails being allowed into the pool, which was quite disturbing. Despite the pool area looking nice at first glance, this lack of care for hygiene was a major drawback. Service: The service at the reception was another low point of my stay. We had express check-in, but the staff did not respect the check-in hours of 14:00, nor did they honor the express check-in service. The receptionists were rude and unhelpful, which left a bad impression right at the start of my stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent, with a buffet offering a variety of options that could cater to most tastes. However, a significant inconvenience was the lack of ingredient labels on the buffet items. This was particularly problematic for my daughter, who has dietary restrictions. It made navigating the buffet more challenging, and I would strongly recommend the hotel address this issue for the sake of guests with food allergies or special dietary needs. Bathroom: The

Ho soggiornato nella stanza 202 per 1 notte, gennaio 1, 2023. La mia stanza era situata sul piano principale con vista sulla strada principale interstatale. Il mio letto aveva due letti gemelli molto confortevoli che potreste spingere insieme. C'era una TV con remoto, piccolo frigorifero, ufficio e solo un controllo remoto per il riscaldamento. L'hotel dispone di una piscina all'aperto, servizio di navetta aeroportuale gratuito, bar e ristorante per il colazione mattina. Ho dovuto lasciare molto presto, quindi non potevo avere colazione. Altre ordinazioni di cibo sono messe al bar. Ho dovuto chiamare qualcuno dal ufficio del lobby, altrimenti nessuno stava mandando la zona del bar. La loro lasagna greca era molto buona e molto riempita, lo consiglio molto. La stazione di servizio è vicina. La zona principale del lobby dell'hotel era molto pulita e il personale era molto piacevole. Bella soggiorno breve.

La colazione ti ha fatto grasso a causa della varietà di prodotti di pasticceria, salmone e croissant molto delizioso.Suggerimento- scegliere filtrare il caffè. È fantastico.

L'hotel è comodissimo per l'aeroporto: 10 minuti in auto. È situato in una zona dove non c'è nulla e non è così facile da trovare, nonostante il GPS. Questo perché la strada di accesso non è particolarmente visibile ed il cartello con le indicazioni dalla strada principale (Peraia-Salonicco) è coperto dagli alberi e non è illuminato di notte. La camera vista mare che ci hanno assegnato era spaziosa, con un letto molto comodo ed una bella terrazza. Anche il bagno è spazioso e fornito di un bel servizio cortesia, accappatoi e ciabattine. Peccato per questa moda delle docce aperte: regolarmente si bagna dappertutto, soprattutto il pavimento che diventa così pericolosamente scivoloso!!! Il personale alla reception, al bar ed in sala colazione è stato molto cortese ed efficiente. Ottimo il consiglio del concierge di lasciare l'auto al parcheggio Ikea e raggiungere il centro di Salonicco in bus. Il traffico è da delirio!!! La camera era ben pulita. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione il primo giorno: ampia scelta sul buffet e prodotti di buona qualità. Il secondo giorno siamo partiti molto presto e ci hanno fornito una colazione ” al sacco” da consumare in camera oppure da portare via. In camera c'è il bollitore con the e caffè. Alcune pecche per un 4 stelle: 1) il lavandino in bagno con crepe e scheggiature proprio non si può vedere. 2) L'insonorizzazione è pessima e dal corridoio si sentono tutti i rumori 3) In terrazzo si sente il puzzo della cucina 4) mancano le istruzioni sul funzionamento della cassaforte in camera. Cmq una buona esperienza ed un prezzo adeguato.

Il Noa Hotel a Salonicco, Grecia, si è rivelato una scelta sagace per il mio recente viaggio. La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la cordialità e la professionalità del personale. Sempre pronti a assistere, hanno reso il mio soggiorno molto piacevole. Una delle comodità offerte dall’hotel è la possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Con solo €10 a notte, mi è stata fornita una tessera per il parcheggio, risolvendo così qualsiasi preoccupazione riguardo dove lasciare la mia auto in una città così vivace. La camera era ben arredata, con una macchina del caffè Nespresso, bottiglie di acqua minerale e un letto estremamente comodo che prometteva e offriva un buon riposo notturno. Questi piccoli dettagli hanno contribuito a creare un’atmosfera accogliente che mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato alcune sfide. Avendo scelto una camera singola, mi sono ritrovato all’ultimo piano dove le finestre inclinate creavano una sensazione un po’ claustrofobica. La disposizione peculiare della stanza richiedeva un po’ di attenzione per evitare di sbattere la testa contro gli angoli inclinati. Inoltre, l’esposizione al sole per gran parte della giornata rendeva necessario tenere chiusi tende e finestre, che purtroppo non potevano essere aperte. Questo mi ha lasciato dipendente dall’aria condizionata, che per fortuna funzionava perfettamente, per mantenere una temperatura confortevole. Il vero vantaggio del Noa Hotel è la sua posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro di Salonicco e da importanti punti di interesse come la Torre Bianca e il Museo Storico. Questa vicinanza mi ha permesso di esplorare la città con grande facilità. In sintesi, nonostante qualche piccolo inconveniente legato alla stanza, la mia esperienza al Noa Hotel è stata positiva grazie alla cortesia del personale, alle comodità offerte e alla sua posizione centrale. È un posto che considererei per futuri soggiorni a Salonicco, e lo consiglierei a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole e conveniente in questa vivace città greca.

Not all five star hotels are created equal. This truth was evident from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Car parking - that will be 20 euro a night. Alternatives? No idea (turned out that you can park three blocks away for less than 10 euro a night depending on departure time next day). Room upgrade - impossible - I get that this isn't always possible but the delivery by staff is all important. The room - ok - nothing to write home about (shower leaked from the top - when I mentioned as I left no one seemed to care - which just about summed up my stay). The view - from the back side of the hotel - not worth the money. The breakfast - passible. All in all would I go back? Honestly no - I'd definitely look elsewhere.

Στο ambassador hotel κάναμε τη δεξίωση του γάμου μας και όλα ήταν ονειρικά! Πρώτα απ' όλα, ο Πάρης και οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου μάς εντυπωσίασαν με τον επαγγελματισμό και την καλοσύνη τους. Έπειτα, το φαγητό δεν θύμιζε σε τίποτα τα κλασικά μενού που όλοι λίγο - πολύ έχουμε φάει (ναι σε αυτά τα ταλαιπωρημένα και ξερά κρέατα αναφέρομαι και στον καταθλιπτικό λαπά για συνοδευτικό). Πεντανόστιμες σαλάτες, θεσπέσια ορεκτικά και ζουμερό κυρίως (όλα σε σωστές θερμοκρασίες παρόλο που είχαμε γύρω στους 130 καλεσμένους)! Η τούρτα ήταν από άλλο πλανήτη και η εξυπηρέτηση δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη, αφού από κανένα τραπέζι δεν έλειψε νερό, αναψυκτικά και ποτά. Εμείς δεν κάναμε τίποτα, όλα ήταν άψογα - συντονισμένα και κανένας καλεσμένος δεν μας παραπονέθηκε, τουναντίον δύο εβδομάδες μετά, βρίσκουν ακόμη τους γονείς μας και τους λένε πως ποτέ ξανά σε γάμο δεν πέρασαν τόσο ωραία. Το ambassador τα συνδυάζει όλα: τοποθεσία (μια καταπληκτική πισίνα σε έναν ολάνθιστο κήπο), ποιότητα και ποσότητα (το φαγητό ήταν εξίσου - για να μην πω πιο νόστιμο - από το δοκιμαστικό που κάναμε), ευγένεια και κυρίως επαγγελματισμό και αγάπη γι' αυτό που κάνουν. Μεγάλο συν, μας διέθεσαν τη σουίτα για την πρώτη νύχτα και φτάνοντας από τη εκκλησία μας έφεραν φαγητό στο δωμάτιο για να τσιμπήσουμε κάτι, μέχρι να έρθει η ώρα να φάμε κανονικά. Σας ευχαριστούμε μέσα απ΄ την καρδιά μας που κάνατε εκείνη τη μέρα μοναδική και αξέχαστη και ευχόμαστε τα καλύτερα!
