I recently stayed at the Sun Beach Hotel in Agia Triada with my husband and our 5-year-old daughter, and our experience was quite mixed. Rooms and Amenities: The hotel is housed in an old building, and it shows in the condition of the rooms and furniture. The room we stayed in had outdated and worn-out furniture, including a very old and dusty carpet. The curtains were also dusty, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The balcony was concerning as the fence moved with every touch, making it feel unsafe. There was no kettle in the room, which I found to be an inconvenience. A small fridge was provided in the room, tucked inside a piece of furniture. While it was handy to have, the fridge was quite noisy, and the constant hum made it difficult to sleep properly. One particularly unsettling aspect of our room was the door in the middle that connected to the adjacent room. It seemed to offer little soundproofing, as we could clearly hear the conversations of the people next door. This was especially unnerving at night, and it made us feel less secure and disturbed our sleep. The beds were okay, with one separate bed and two twin beds, and the mattresses were decent. However, the central air conditioning system was not functioning properly, causing issues in the hallway and at the reception area. Key Card and Door Issues: When we arrived, the key card for our room didn’t work, so we were given a regular key instead. Unfortunately, the door was extremely difficult to open, even showing marks from previous struggles to push it open. This added unnecessary frustration to our stay and made entering our room a hassle. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The hotel operates a policy of changing towels only upon request, which is environmentally friendly and reduces excessive detergent use, so I appreciated that aspect. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The pool was overcrowded, and it was clear that hygiene standards were not being enforced. I observed people with visible fungal infections on their nails being allowed into the pool, which was quite disturbing. Despite the pool area looking nice at first glance, this lack of care for hygiene was a major drawback. Service: The service at the reception was another low point of my stay. We had express check-in, but the staff did not respect the check-in hours of 14:00, nor did they honor the express check-in service. The receptionists were rude and unhelpful, which left a bad impression right at the start of my stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent, with a buffet offering a variety of options that could cater to most tastes. However, a significant inconvenience was the lack of ingredient labels on the buffet items. This was particularly problematic for my daughter, who has dietary restrictions. It made navigating the buffet more challenging, and I would strongly recommend the hotel address this issue for the sake of guests with food allergies or special dietary needs. Bathroom: The

Ho soggiornato nella stanza 202 per 1 notte, gennaio 1, 2023. La mia stanza era situata sul piano principale con vista sulla strada principale interstatale. Il mio letto aveva due letti gemelli molto confortevoli che potreste spingere insieme. C'era una TV con remoto, piccolo frigorifero, ufficio e solo un controllo remoto per il riscaldamento. Not all five star hotels are created equal. This truth was evident from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Car parking - that will be 20 euro a night. Alternatives? No idea (turned out that you can park three blocks away for less than 10 euro a night depending on departure time next day). Room upgrade - impossible - I get that this isn't always possible but the delivery by staff is all important. The room - ok - nothing to write home about (shower leaked from the top - when I mentioned as I left no one seemed to care - which just about summed up my stay). The view - from the back side of the hotel - not worth the money. The breakfast - passible. All in all would I go back? Honestly no - I'd definitely look elsewhere.

Siamo stati a 3 notti in questo hotel a pochi passi dai principali siti turistici di Salonicco. E' vicino a una strada principale, quindi la nostra camera di fronte era piuttosto rumorosa, talvolta tardi alla notte. La stanza era di dimensioni ragionevoli e si aperse a un piccolo balcone. La signora ci ha accolti in modo amichevole e ci ha fornito molte informazioni sulla città quando ci siamo reclutati. Il colazione era molto buono, ma non ci è stato colpito il primo mattino, quanto il cibo fosse stato preso da un gruppo di viaggi a lungo termine e c'era un considerevole ritardo per riempire; non vi erano problemi simili nei giorni successivi. Nonostante l'hotel sia a 15 minuti a piedi dal mare, siamo riusciti a fare divertimenti alla Ladadika ogni giorno sulla strada di ritorno. Questa è una zona davvero buona per una buona scelta di cibo e bevande a prezzi molto accettabili. L'hotel è anche conveniente per il porto di traghetto. Salonicco è certamente valsa qualche giorno di soggiorno e ha un paio di musei davvero buoni moderni. Noi certamente considereremmo l'Hotel Anatolia se dovessimo tornare.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto lontana dal centro, ma potrebbe essere una buona scelta per chi usa l'aeroporto, c'era un problema di isolamento acustico, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a dormire tutta la notte, e tutta la voce della stanza accanto e del corridoio veniva in camera nostra. Insomma, c'era un rumore che stava sempre in mezzo alla stanza, e ci stimavamo che potesse esserci un frigo, che in generale era buono, ma penso che i teppisti dovessero essere rimossi, non erano puliti sopra, avevano i capelli. I letti erano confortevoli, ma molto agitanti, e la leccatura del corpo non era carina. Il personale era ridevole e amico, e abbiamo trovato il suo colazione abbastanza e ci piaceva.

Στο ambassador hotel κάναμε τη δεξίωση του γάμου μας και όλα ήταν ονειρικά! Πρώτα απ' όλα, ο Πάρης και οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου μάς εντυπωσίασαν με τον επαγγελματισμό και την καλοσύνη τους. Έπειτα, το φαγητό δεν θύμιζε σε τίποτα τα κλασικά μενού που όλοι λίγο - πολύ έχουμε φάει (ναι σε αυτά τα ταλαιπωρημένα και ξερά κρέατα αναφέρομαι και στον καταθλιπτικό λαπά για συνοδευτικό). Πεντανόστιμες σαλάτες, θεσπέσια ορεκτικά και ζουμερό κυρίως (όλα σε σωστές θερμοκρασίες παρόλο που είχαμε γύρω στους 130 καλεσμένους)! Η τούρτα ήταν από άλλο πλανήτη και η εξυπηρέτηση δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη, αφού από κανένα τραπέζι δεν έλειψε νερό, αναψυκτικά και ποτά. Εμείς δεν κάναμε τίποτα, όλα ήταν άψογα - συντονισμένα και κανένας καλεσμένος δεν μας παραπονέθηκε, τουναντίον δύο εβδομάδες μετά, βρίσκουν ακόμη τους γονείς μας και τους λένε πως ποτέ ξανά σε γάμο δεν πέρασαν τόσο ωραία. Το ambassador τα συνδυάζει όλα: τοποθεσία (μια καταπληκτική πισίνα σε έναν ολάνθιστο κήπο), ποιότητα και ποσότητα (το φαγητό ήταν εξίσου - για να μην πω πιο νόστιμο - από το δοκιμαστικό που κάναμε), ευγένεια και κυρίως επαγγελματισμό και αγάπη γι' αυτό που κάνουν. Μεγάλο συν, μας διέθεσαν τη σουίτα για την πρώτη νύχτα και φτάνοντας από τη εκκλησία μας έφεραν φαγητό στο δωμάτιο για να τσιμπήσουμε κάτι, μέχρι να έρθει η ώρα να φάμε κανονικά. Σας ευχαριστούμε μέσα απ΄ την καρδιά μας που κάνατε εκείνη τη μέρα μοναδική και αξέχαστη και ευχόμαστε τα καλύτερα!

Sono molti anni che mi fermo in questo hotel durante i miei viaggi, ed ogni volta ho trovato un servizio impeccabile, camere molto confortevoli e dotate di biancheria e accessori di alta qualità. Il personale della reception è molto disponibile e fa di tutto per soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Infine la prima colazione vale da sola il viaggio. davvero favolosa! Lo consiglio davvero a tutti.
