Hotel in zona Epanomis Lot Theo Maria, Epanomi

I recently stayed at the Sun Beach Hotel in Agia Triada with my husband and our 5-year-old daughter, and our experience was quite mixed. Rooms and Amenities: The hotel is housed in an old building, and it shows in the condition of the rooms and furniture. The room we stayed in had outdated and worn-out furniture, including a very old and dusty carpet. The curtains were also dusty, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The balcony was concerning as the fence moved with every touch, making it feel unsafe. There was no kettle in the room, which I found to be an inconvenience. A small fridge was provided in the room, tucked inside a piece of furniture. While it was handy to have, the fridge was quite noisy, and the constant hum made it difficult to sleep properly. One particularly unsettling aspect of our room was the door in the middle that connected to the adjacent room. It seemed to offer little soundproofing, as we could clearly hear the conversations of the people next door. This was especially unnerving at night, and it made us feel less secure and disturbed our sleep. The beds were okay, with one separate bed and two twin beds, and the mattresses were decent. However, the central air conditioning system was not functioning properly, causing issues in the hallway and at the reception area. Key Card and Door Issues: When we arrived, the key card for our room didn’t work, so we were given a regular key instead. Unfortunately, the door was extremely difficult to open, even showing marks from previous struggles to push it open. This added unnecessary frustration to our stay and made entering our room a hassle. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The hotel operates a policy of changing towels only upon request, which is environmentally friendly and reduces excessive detergent use, so I appreciated that aspect. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The pool was overcrowded, and it was clear that hygiene standards were not being enforced. I observed people with visible fungal infections on their nails being allowed into the pool, which was quite disturbing. Despite the pool area looking nice at first glance, this lack of care for hygiene was a major drawback. Service: The service at the reception was another low point of my stay. We had express check-in, but the staff did not respect the check-in hours of 14:00, nor did they honor the express check-in service. The receptionists were rude and unhelpful, which left a bad impression right at the start of my stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent, with a buffet offering a variety of options that could cater to most tastes. However, a significant inconvenience was the lack of ingredient labels on the buffet items. This was particularly problematic for my daughter, who has dietary restrictions. It made navigating the buffet more challenging, and I would strongly recommend the hotel address this issue for the sake of guests with food allergies or special dietary needs. Bathroom: The

L'hotel è comodissimo per l'aeroporto: 10 minuti in auto. È situato in una zona dove non c'è nulla e non è così facile da trovare, nonostante il GPS. Questo perché la strada di accesso non è particolarmente visibile ed il cartello con le indicazioni dalla strada principale (Peraia-Salonicco) è coperto dagli alberi e non è illuminato di notte. La camera vista mare che ci hanno assegnato era spaziosa, con un letto molto comodo ed una bella terrazza. Anche il bagno è spazioso e fornito di un bel servizio cortesia, accappatoi e ciabattine. Peccato per questa moda delle docce aperte: regolarmente si bagna dappertutto, soprattutto il pavimento che diventa così pericolosamente scivoloso!!! Il personale alla reception, al bar ed in sala colazione è stato molto cortese ed efficiente. Ottimo il consiglio del concierge di lasciare l'auto al parcheggio Ikea e raggiungere il centro di Salonicco in bus. Il traffico è da delirio!!! La camera era ben pulita. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione il primo giorno: ampia scelta sul buffet e prodotti di buona qualità. Il secondo giorno siamo partiti molto presto e ci hanno fornito una colazione ” al sacco” da consumare in camera oppure da portare via. In camera c'è il bollitore con the e caffè. Alcune pecche per un 4 stelle: 1) il lavandino in bagno con crepe e scheggiature proprio non si può vedere. 2) L'insonorizzazione è pessima e dal corridoio si sentono tutti i rumori 3) In terrazzo si sente il puzzo della cucina 4) mancano le istruzioni sul funzionamento della cassaforte in camera. Cmq una buona esperienza ed un prezzo adeguato.

A very good hotel next to Thessaloniki airport. Good service, nice breakfast and good options for dinner. The swimming pool is also very nice and great if you have some time to spend there. Recommended for a night before or after a flight and before continuing your trip.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte. In posizione comoda vicino all’aeroporto e già per la strada diretta nella *****ola calcidica. Camera per 5 spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo cenato a bordo piscina in relax con buon cibo e prezzo giusto

Ho soggiornato una notte all'Hotel Golden Star, ho scelto l'Hotel perché ho volato presto al mattino e l'Hotel era a 15 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto di Salonicco e anche vicino al mare. L'hotel è stato molto amichevole, le camere erano moderne e pulite, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene. La stanza era molto piccola ma non si importava molto perché stavo solo nella stanza. Il Lounge Bar, le scale e il Beach Bar erano molto piacevole e confortevole. L'hotel dispone di una spiaggia privata, che è molto piccola. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel ci sono stati molti ristoranti e negozi di souvenir turistici.

Albergo pulito, comodo con personale efficiente e molto disponibile. Molto simpatica la signora, di cui ora mi sfugge il nome. A pochi metri dal lungomare di Perea ed alla miriade di locali che lo caratterizzano. Stanza pulita e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, compreso un buon frigorifero , molto utile per tenere bevande al fresco nelle sere ancora calde di settembre. Colazione abbastanza varia: ho particolarmente apprezzato la presenza di piccole porzioni di tiropita e spanacopita ( pasta sfoglia farcita con formaggio o formaggio e spinaci) e persino di bugatsa, dolce tipico di Salonicco. A meno di dieci minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto di Salonicco.

L'hotel aeroportuale è molto conveniente, ma si fa rumoroso, soprattutto se la vostra stanza è accanto alla piscina. Le camere e il servizio sono anche brillanti, ma ho prenotato una camera doppia e mi è stato dato una camera doppia invece con due letti molto piccoli. Fariza era una stella assoluta al reception desk, era piacevole e amichevole. Ho bisogno di aiuto con una questione personale e lei è riuscita a aiutarmi immediatamente. Il ristorante è stato molto bello e accogliente. Quando ho chiesto aiuto a casa per l'attenzione, lei era lì immediatamente con un sorriso grande e brillante, e mi ha aiutato a organizzare. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno ma spero che non si confutino con le camere doppie e doppie in futuro !

Even though we booked this Hotel when it was a TUI Blue, our stay was brilliant, the Hotel did lack a bit of kids entertainment but our 10 year old enjoyed the water polo and water olympic's and was happy to miss Kid's discos. our premium room 3318b had a fantastic uninteruted views of the sea, 9 being a connecting room the sound transmission from next door was a bit obvious from time to time. the staff worked tirelessly all day keeping the hotel and grounds very clean. the resturant was as expected, very busy at times but the staff always showed you to the tables and drinks etc were served very quickly.the Food was in our opion above average for an all inclusive. having a water park on-site was a great plus and one of the reasons we booked.i can see why many people return to the Hotel

L'hotel non ha una propria spiaggia, ma se si cammina per strada c'è una zona di spiaggia pubblica e un bar vicino a spiaggia indipendente che vi noleggerà il letto solare se si compra da loro un drink. La spiaggia pubblica non viene mai pulita, ma il consiglio locale, e l'hotel sembra non preoccuparsi. La spiaggia è sovraccaricata durante la stagione di picco da locali, persone che arrivano da vicino Salonicco per un fine settimana, e altri turisti, che tutto il tempo, lasciano le loro cibo/prelievi e bottiglie sul lato della spiaggia, e letteralmente nessuno è in disturbo. Il mare si scalda molto in pomeriggio e tutto il mare ****, le roccia si lavano sulla spiaggia, ogni giorno, e ancora una volta, nessuno è così turbato. Comune, la gestione dell'hotel, sicuramente si desidera che i vostri ospiti abbiano una grande vacanza in spiaggia, pressione il consiglio locale per pulire la spiaggia pubblica, o ottenere una licenza e prendere qualche pulizia prende da soli.
