Effettuato il check-in dopo essere stato in viaggio per venti ore. Dopo essermi finalmente addormentato, il telefono dell'hotel ha iniziato a squillare. L'addetta alla reception ha deciso che era opportuno chiamare e ottenere la data di scadenza della mia carta che dovevano utilizzare solo per spese accessorie poiché ho prenotato tramite una terza parte. Ho finito per addebitare la mia carta per la notte senza il mio permesso. Non professionale e non soggiornerò più in nessun Hampton.

This Hyatt Place Hotel went above and beyond the normal overnight stay. It is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and helpful, in every department - check-in, breakfast, and the house keeping team. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Il nostro hotel è stato chiuso dopo la chiusura di un hotel sorella vicino e siamo stati trasferiti al Courtyard Marriot. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, il letto era molto confortevole! A causa del coronavirus non c'era colazione offerta, ma avevano dei ceppi per avere snack e colazione (muffins, bar, scones, ecc.) che erano soddisfacenti. Il rumore che abbiamo sentito è stato principalmente da ospiti che si sono chiusi presto al mattino e porte che si sono chiuse a voce alta, altrimenti era tranquillo. Ci siamo divertiti qui, e se siamo ancora in zona, sicuramente considereremo di rimanere al Corte. Raccomandiamo il tribunale Marriott!

Our hotel is located in The Colony TX and convenient to Plano, Frisco, Lewisville. Less than 1 mile away, North Texas's newest entertainment destination, Grandscape is now open. Grandscape features outdoor entertainment, world class restaurants, unique shopping, home to NFM Nebraska Furniture Mart and family-friendly experiences. Scheels, the world’s largest sporting goods store and Andretti Indoor Karting are both at Grandscape. Legacy West, which is home to Toyota HQ and Liberty Mutual, numerous restaurants and shops, is 1.5 miles from our hotel and 2 miles to Legacy Park home to Ericsson and Frito-Lay. The Hotel is within 10 minutes of Five Star Complex, The Tribute Golf Club and Old American Golf Club. Enjoy all-suite accommodations featuring fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with a full-size pull out sofa and work desk and bedroom with a king size bed.

Very shady hotel. It’s old and run down. Bed had 2 tiny pillows provided. Had to ask for more. TV remote did not work, a non English speaking gal came up with a handful of remotes then left shortly thereafter after muttering something in Spanish. Desk guy came up half hour later with 10 more and found one to work. *** there was a homeless gal that was sleeping sitting up in the downing room when I arrived. She was sleeping on the floor in the laundry room while I did my wash a couple days later. Needless to say I didn’t leave anything unattended. Very old and rough.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. Was checked in by a very polite, upbeat, great guy. Quin I think was his name. Great employee. Hotel is fairly new. Great colors and decor. Breakfast options weee great. Would maybe stay here again. Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants. Here is what is keeping it from being a 5 rating and changing us to a definitely would come back. First, the breakfast starts to late. 7:30. Second, they only have ice on the second and fourth floor. We were on the 1st floor. They said I needed to go to the second floor. I go up there, and the ice machine is broke. Then go to the fourth floor to finally get ice. Third. In the room. Found a couple hairs in the bath tub. Seen some finger prints in a couple different areas. Needed more k-cups. Ice bucket top was broke and didn’t look to appealing. So, that’s are take on it. If there’s to many little things like that, it adds up. But a huge kudos to the employees and breakfast quality.

A great hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, lovely amenities, and fabulous water pressure! Was a nice place to come back to after a day of business.

I booked a room through a Travelocity at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/The Colony on Saturday May 18, 2024. When I arrived at the hotel, I checked in with the front desk rep Jennifer. I said to her “every time I check into a hotel my room is always by the elevator”. Jennifer stated yeah that is because you booked with a third party and we do not like third parties. I looked up at her and said I do not always use a third party to book my hotel rooms. Can you please make sure I am not next to the elevator. Jennifer stated your room is not next to the elevator and if it is come back down to the front desk and I will move you. I was in a rush to get to my family and friends so I did not have time to go back and forth with Jennifer and the way she was talking to me as if because I am getting the room and a cheaper rate I should accept whatever room I get. When I got off the elevator, I immediately notice my room was in fact next to the elevator. Again I was too busy and didn’t want to be labeled as the angry black woman that booked on a third party app, because I can’t afford the rate without going through a third party. The next day when I checked out of the room, I explained to Alisha at the front desk what happen. She apologized for Jennifer’s behavior. Alisha stated that it should not matter how the guest booked their rooms. If we request not to be put in a room they can look in the computer to ensure that they are not in a room near the elevator or etc. if the rooms are available. I always stay at a Marriott hotel branch but after this experience. I need to look in to other options if I am going to be treated a certain way if I book through a third party. It should not be offered if the guest are going to be treated different. I hope that I do not have to deal with this ever again and if that is the true case. Marriott should look into other options to book their rooms to the public.

Il miglior staff del desk front e' mai stato! Interattivo con i miei figli. Ricordo perché eravamo li' e controllando come andava le cose. Grazioso con gli altri ospiti. Abbiamo passato molto tempo in lobby a stare con gli amici e prima vedendo quanto erano grandi. Scream out Divy, Troy, and West! Very clean facility. Io consiglierei completamente questo hotel senza lamentele. Tuttavia, se sei claustrofobico, non sceglierei la camera da letto di tipo 1 che avrete bisogno di più spazio.
