Hotel Purner

A parte la posizione, questo è il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Le stanze sono piene di muffa, infatti tutto il secondo piano puzza di muffa. Le immagini che mostrano su Internet non hanno nulla a che vedere con le immagini nella vita reale. Tutto il cibo del buffet era sparito o era vecchio e incrostato o conteneva insetti che volavano intorno. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, quindi d'estate fa un caldo incredibile e se vuoi lasciare una porta o una finestra aperta le zanzare ti mangeranno vivo. Questo hotel dovrebbe essere segnalato a un ispettore sanitario, per non parlare del servizio scadente. Puoi sentire tutto nella tua stanza perché le pareti sono sottilissime e il personale della colazione era il più scortese possibile. Ha provato a litigare con me e un altro ospite mentre stavamo discutendo della qualità molto disgustosa del cibo nel buffet della colazione che era effettivamente lì. Sono stato chiuso fuori da questo hotel alle 2 del mattino e non c'era personale serale che rispondesse al telefono, quindi no, non sono sempre aperti come se fossero clsim. Ho provato a fare il check-out dopo essere stato trasferito in due camere diverse entrambe infestate da muffa, ma l'hotel si è rifiutato di rimborsarmi i soldi. Il fatto di restare lì ha letteralmente fatto ammalare me e il mio cane. E sì, quelli sono insetti nel cibo che ti servono e che è vecchio di giorni.

Our BA flight from Innsbruck was cancelled at the last minute. The last flight of the day so they bussed loads of us to the Gasthof Purner for an overnight stay. I’m so grateful to them for: - clean, large, quiet rooms (in traditional Austrian style) - great late night dinner of Käsespätzle - checking everyone in so efficiently - helping us all book taxis the next morning (BA were useless and no onward travel had been arranged to get replacement flights) So, all in all, they turned what could have been an awful night into a decent extra night of holiday. Thank you guys!

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. It is a little out of the way and you definately need a car if you want to stay here as there is a neighbourhood. There are a couple of other restaurants nearby including a nice Italian and there is also convenience store, but be aware of local closing times and odd hours and days restaurants are open or closed for private parties. The rooms were very hot with no air conditioning (we were there in the hot month of August) so we had the windows open and there was a surprising amount of traffic in the early mornings, so it could be quite noisy. The staff were very friendly with a nice large breakfast area (that was quickly set after a wedding the night before), although there is no hot food option for breakfast. The hotel has a glamorous rustic charm to it and would recommend, but be aware of its pitfalls.

The hotel is very nice and clean with a beautiful view for mountains. But there is no privacy on a balcony because dividers between rooms' are extremely low, so you and your neighbors must hang out all together. I really hated lack of privacy on a balcony. I normally pay extra for having a balcony and nice view, but couldn't use my balcony because there were too many people sitting very close to me. Definitely, hotel needs to improve balcony experience by installing high dividers

Absolutely horrifying experience. The entire second floor smells of musty Mold coming from the bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was practically empty and what was there was stale old food or crawling with bugs. Rude staff,no one to call at night adter getting locjed out, had to sleep in my car and the hotel staff refused to refund my stay. Im trying to upload pics of the bugs crawling in the food but it wont let me this app is broken. Its stifling hot, no a/c and the front desk staff Claudia was very rude and could care less about you being comfortable. The breakfast buffet (if you can call it that) had old crusty food and 90% was missing. The lasy who was supposed to be tending to it tried to pick a fight with me and another guest discussing how disgusting the food they served us was. He recommended a good restaurant to get actual food and said his colleague cringed when he told him where he was staying. He said he worked there a couple weeks and had to leave became of the health issues. After getting locked out at 2:30 in the morning because I needed to get my charger out of the car to try to relocate through ********** I got locked out. Everyone tried to call but there was no answer and the next morning I had to wait until 5:30 AM for someone to leave the building to get back in. The hotel staff did not care and refused to give me any of my money back I had to fight for it through ******* and **********. I also had to check out a day early because I was ill from the room.
