Though the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, it is services and facilities are far from being complete. The rooms are small and needs upgrading, the bathrooms taps are broken and dysfunctional. The breakfast menu is repeated throughout the week. The intercom does not work. The staff are very lethargic and casual about the compliants. In short, the management team of hotels needs to periodically review and improve customer service and experience.
