Same issue for room assignment for group of friends/ family. Staffs reaction is mostly ignorance and really don’t care what guests feel, like or really happy if their request can be done. Things will get better if transparent information is provided right at these first steps of check in process. This is 3rd times, I got the same problem and they showed no care. The reasons I kept coming back and complaining is because they are only 5 star in Tay Ninh. If the second one shows up, I am gonna leave them forever.
No matter how many times I come back, there would be no welcome fruit till I complained something they did not address and accommodate upon check in. I am fed of telling the same issue for every time I check in. Traveling together as a group, the most important thing is we can stay on the floor for easier communication and gathering and they failed our exễpctation
